You can access the application by going to our website Click on the Apply Now Button. 2. Click on the 2016 East Bay College Fund Scholarship Application.

2 3. You will be redirected to the initial questionnaire. Please complete the 5 yes/no questions. If you re eligible, you ll be able to click on the Submit button as shown below. You will receive an with the subject line Access Your East Bay College Fund Scholarship Application from helpdesk@eastbaycollegefund.org. Pg 2

3 4. The will contain a link to your main application as shown below. Click on the link to start your main application. Pg 3 5. Once you ve made some progress on your application, to save your progress, click on the Save my progress and resume later located at the top or bottom of the application page. Enter your and a Password. Save this and Password in a separate file for your reference. You will need to click on this link and use this same and password every time you save your application.

Once you click save, you ll be directed to this page: If you want to immediately resume your form, click on the Resume this form now button and you ll be taken back to your application with the answers you ve already provided. 7. REMEMBER when you need to save again, you will click on the Save my progress and resume later button again. Then enter in the and password you put in during Step 6.

5 Pg 5 To resume a saved application: 1. To access your saved main application, find your original from helpdesk@eastbaycollegefund.org with the link or go to 2. FIRST, you must click on Resume a previously saved form. 3. Enter in your and the password and click Resume this form. You ll be taken back to your page with the fields you ve previously entered filled in. 4. REMEMBER Once you make more progress and need to save again, you will click on the Save my progress and resume later button again. Then enter in the and password you used before.

6 Pg 6 If you have forgotten your password: 1. Click on Resume a previously saved form. Then click on Forgot your Password. 2. Write in your address and click on me a new password.

7 Pg 7 3. You should receive an with your new password. 4. Enter in the new password and your on the Resume a previously saved form page and click on resume this form. 5. Once you ve made more progress on it and need to save again, if you want to change your password, simply enter in a new password correctly in both the A Password field and the Confirm Password field when you save. 6. You will be asked for your id and password. Please ensure you enter the Id and Password previously saved by you (Step 5). Click on the Resume this form link on the page. You will receive an with instructions containing the password to be used. TO SUBMIT: Once you have finished your entire application, simply click on the Submit Button at the bottom of the page. You will receive a submission confirmation . Other Notes: An is sent to your recommenders when you fill out the recommender details and Save. Please ensure that the details are correct and check with your recommenders to confirm they received an with a link to the recommendation form. o You will receive confirmation s when a. In this case check if your id is the same as what you entered when you saved the application last. Check the spelling and DO NOT leave spaces in front or after the id.
