1 These instructions will walk Florida Region members and prospective members through the registration process for all required on-line clinics required by the Florida Region. For this example, we will register and complete the Florida Region Recertification Curriculum. Step 1. Visit and click on Log in to register or log in to Webpoint. Step 2. Find the clinic(s) you need. Refer to chart on located on Florida Region Officials Page at: The example that follows is for a recertifying provisional referee. Other certification levels will look slightly different, but the steps and screens will be the same. Select Event Registration > Region Ref/Score Clinics

2 Step 3. Register for the clinic Click the appropriate +Register button to start the registration. Step 4. Review Information part 1 Confirm the clinic and Member Information and click the Submit button. Step 5. Review Information part 2 Checkout of the registration process by clicking the Submit button. There is no fee for these clinics.

3 Step 6. Registration Confirmation This indicates that you have successfully registered. Step 7. Check your for registration notification from USAV Academy. If you don t see it, check your spam folder. Note the username and password. These are the same as your Webpoint username and password. These usernames and passwords MUST match each other! If you change your Webpoint password, you must change your USAV Academy password! Failure to do so may result in errors or member not receiving credit for the clinic!

4 You will also receive a confirmation from Webpoint, and an from USAV Academy confirming your enrollment in the curriculum. Note: Webpoint calls the course package a clinic. USA Volleyball Academy refers to the course package as curriculum. They are the same thing.

5 Step 8. At this point you are ready to sign in the USAV Academy / CourseMill / LMS. Sign in by clicking the link on the Webpoint Registration Confirmation page. You may also reach the log in page through Click on Start Indoor Training > View For Credit > If You Have Registered. Step 9. Sign in to USAV Academy / Course Mill / LMS Remember - this is the same user ID and password as what you use in Webpoint. Click on Go. All user IDs and passwords from last year have gone away!

6 Step 10. Here you will see a list of your clinics. These are all the clinics that you registered for using Webpoint. Click on the green + sign on the far left to proceed. Step 11. Open clinic and take the courses shown. Click on the blue and gold Launch Course icon on the far left. You may take the courses in any order. You do not have to complete them all in one sitting. You must complete all courses in the clinic to receive credit for the clinic.

7 Step 12. Successful Completion! You will receive an notification for each course you successfully complete. You will receive an notificaton for successfully completing the entire clinic. Additionally, you will receive a PDF Certificaion of Completion for each course and clinic.

9 The status of all online course work is stored in the USA Volleyball Academy site. This information is also linked to each individual s Webpoint record. Therefore, anyone who has access to the Webpoint record can view the status for that individual. This is found under the Other Info tab, and then the Officials Info tab. It will say in progress if it is not completed or it will indicate current. For Club Directors and Coaches, as players complete their required certification, proof of their certification status is available via Webpoint, confirming s and / or copies of the completion certificates. Each club/team may establish a tracking mechanism to be sure their players are properly certified utilizing any or all of these tools.
