1 City Property Management Company Homeowners Account Access Tutorial CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT Go to Click on the Click here to continue to the Login page at the bottom of the screen.

2 Click on the Click here to continue to create an account -located above the log in area.. Enter your nine-digit passcode in the box next to Passcode. Your passcode can be found on your billing statement or your payment coupon. Make sure to include the dashes - when entering your passcode.

3 Once you enter your passcode, select the Continue button. You will now be prompted to enter the address and password that will be used for your login.

4 Once you enter your address and password, select the Continue button. The system will send a verification to the address you have used to set up your account. Click on the Validation Link at the bottom of the to complete your account setup. This message is used to validate your address, and is only sent after you have begun the account creation process. If you are in the process of creating your account, please click on the link below to complete validation of your address. If you are not sure why you are receiving this , do not click on this link -- it may indicate that someone is trying to gain access to your homeowner account information without your knowledge. Validation Link: Code=5TQ4GNBVWXPL076 If you own multiple homes managed by City Property Management, please turn to page 15 for instructions on setting up additional propertied under one login.

5 ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT Go to Click on the Click here to continue to the Login page at the bottom of the screen. Enter your address and your password, which you chose when you created your account.

6 Select the Login button once your address and password have been entered. You will then be direct to your account.

7 ACCOUNT FEATURES Make a Payment Make a payment using the link on the Account Summary Page, under the My Account Tab, or the links on the Online Payment page.

8 Review your Account History View your account history by selecting Account History under My Account Update your Contact Information Update your contact numbers.

9 Update your Mailing Address Update your m mailing address. A convenient method for updating your mailing address, especially if you are a winter visitor or a part-time resident. Select Mailing Address under the My Account menu. Verify your mailing address. To make changes, click on the Change Mailing Address link at the bottom of the page. You can choose to use your property address as your current mailing address by selecting the Use Property Address as Mailing Address or you may select the Use the Following Mailing Address: and indicate the off-site mailing address you would prefer us to use to contact you. Once you make your changes, select the Save Changes button at the bottom the page

10 Review Architectural Request View your property s architectural history as well as pending architectural requests. Go to the Architectural Menu tab and select My Architectural Requests. Click on any of the Request numbers, listed in the first column to see detailed information about the selected request.

11 Review Compliance/Violation Issues View your property s compliance/violation history as well as any letters and photos received. Go to the Violations tab and select Violation List. Click on any of the Details, in the last column to see detailed information about the selected violation. See next page for detailed view of violation

12 View Forms and Documents of the Association View your Association s documents (CC&R s, Articles, Bylaws, etc.) and download forms. Go to the Forms tab and select Downloadable Forms. To view the form, select the View beside the form. Complete the form and mail, fax or it to our office. To view the Association s documents, go to the Documents and select Governing Documents. To view a particular document, select the View beside the Document Description. See next page for samples of these web pages.

14 View City Property Management Company Contacts View the City Property personnel and contact information for your Association. Go to the Contacts and Links tab and select Association Contacts. View Links View links to other websites. Go to the Contacts and Links tab and select Links. Links are provided for City Property Management Company s website and to the Association s website, if your Association has an additional site. Additional links may be available.

15 ADDING ADDITIONAL PROPERTIES TO AN ACCOUNT You will need to be logged into your account to add additional properties. Go to the My Account menu and select the Add Property menu option. You will be prompted for another nine-digit passcode. Enter the nine-digit passcode, making sure to include the dashes - for your other property. Select the Add Property button at the bottom of the page. You will be prompt to update your contact information, which you can update if required and then click Continue to finish. Repeat for each of your properties. You will find that you now have a Change Property button in the upper right corner of the page that you can use to switch between properties, and next time you log in you will be prompted for which property to manage.

16 UPDATING AND PASSWORD FOR LOGIN To update your address for your login, go to My Account menu and select the Change Address option. Enter your new address and select the Save Change button. Once changed, this address will be used to log into the site. To update your password for your login, go to My Account menu and select the Change Password option. Enter your new password and select the Save Change button. Once changed, this password will be used to log into the site.
