4 LOGIN Almost all browsers have support to remember both username and password. Our recommendation is to create a strong password and accept that it is saved in the browser Enter the address to which your account is connected. 2. Enter the password connected to CORA. 3. 11 Enter Customer info The current step is indicated in yellow in the Work flow indicator. 1. Enter the customers EUFT (End User for Foreign Trade) number and press Tab. Note: You can set a default EUFT Number using My Page Edit User Profile. 2. The corresponding Customer Name is displayed. 3. Click Proceed. 12 CASE Creation 1(2) 1 1. Select a Product Line. Note: This field automatically filters based on what you type. If you don t know the correct Product Line you can use Other (unspecified). 2. Click Browse to browse for a file to attach. (It is mandatory to attach a file that specifies the request). Note: Maximum one file can be attached, but you can zip several files into one. 23 MY page Edit user profile 1(2) 2 1 Here you can change your User Profile. 1. Change your Name and/or address. 2. Enter the EUFT (End User for Foreign Trade) Number that you would like to use as default during request creation and press Tab. The corresponding EUFT Name will now show in the Default EUFT Name. 27 supported browsers CORA is supported in the following browsers: Google Chrome Mozilla Firefox Internet Explorer 9 and later versions Microsoft Edge CORA may work in other browsers as well but there may be issues with some of the functionality. We recommend using the latest production-level versions of these browsers. Newer browser versions tend to perform better and have fewer bugs.
