2 Creating and Starting Campaigns with Auto Responder You can send a campaign of VideoGrams to your colleagues, customers, family, and friends with YouWeb s Auto Responder tool. When you visit your YouWeb back office, you have the opportunity to create a campaign of VideoGrams with an array of backgrounds, calls to action, and redirects to your website of choice, that you can send to any amount of people over a period of time. 2

3 Creating and Starting Campaigns with Auto Responder You can send your campaign to three types of groups within an group, including: Existing Members: Only the contacts that are included in the group before the campaign begins can receive the campaign information. Existing and Future Members: Contacts originally included in the group and that are added after the campaign begins can receive campaign information. Future Members: Only the contacts that are added to the group after the campaign begins can receive campaign information. 3

6 To create a campaign: 1. Log in to your YouWeb account, and then click Auto Responder. 6

9 To create a campaign: 4. Select from the Group drop-down menu the group that you want to send s to throughout your campaign. 9

10 To create a campaign: 5. Select the group members from the group that you want to include. 10

12 Adding Tasks to a Campaign

13 Adding Tasks to a Campaign Building out your campaign is essential to its success. It s easy to add tasks to your campaign. You can start adding tasks to your campaign simply by clicking Add a New Task, and then entering and selecting information for the VideoGram task. You can edit, duplicate, pause, or delete tasks at any time before it goes live. 13

15 To add a task to a campaign: 1. Click the pencil icon to the right of the campaign you want to add a task to. 15

17 To add a task to a campaign: 3. Enter the days and hours after the campaign is triggered that you want the VideoGram to be sent out. 17

18 To add a task to a campaign: 4. Enter a subject title for your VideoGram. 18

19 To add a task to a campaign: 5. Click More Options to do the following: a. Enter a website that the people who view your will be automatically redirected to. b. Select to enter information fields into the , like the first and last name of the recipient of the VideoGram. c. Enter the body copy. 19

20 To add a task to a campaign: 6. Click Choose Video. 20

21 To add a task to a campaign: 7. Hover your mouse over the video you want to add to the , and then click the plus sign icon. Repeat as necessary. You can add up to 5 videos to an . 21

24 To add a task to a campaign: 10. Click on the template you want to use, and then click Save. 24

26 To add a task to a campaign: 12. Edit the signature, and then do one of the following: a. Click OK. b. Click Save. You will be prompted to enter a title of the signature for later use. 26

27 To add a task to a campaign: 13. Click Save. Repeat this process as necessary for your campaign. 27

29 Starting Your Campaign To begin your campaign, click the Start button to the right of the campaign you want to start. You can also click Start This Campaign in the campaign information to start it. If you want to pause the campaign you can either click the Start button in the campaign information or click Pause Campaign. 29
