3 ERROR Message Report does not allow uploads Steps to follow when receiving error message: Report does not allow uploads Back Page 1. Save the file that needs to be uploaded. 2. Go to e-service in CRAL and retrieve orders. 3. Once all orders have been downloaded close the inbox. 4. On the top left of the screen select FILE then NEW' 5. Give the file a unique name and select NEW' 6. Choose the Solidifi 0713 Report Pak 7. The Solidifi 0713 report will open (blank version) 8. Go to EDIT -> EXTRACT -> MULTIPLE SECTIONS 9. Choose the saved file as the file to upload 10. All fields will extract Ensure that the report is complete & fix errors then send report via e-services
4 ERROR Message Data Form Validation Error occurs when the appraiser has selected the WRONG form in the Report Pak. Appraisers are to ensure the correct Solidifi 0713 forms are used when uploading through e-services. To transfer data from an incorrect form into a Solidifi form: 1. Click FILE dropdown 2. Select Change Report Type 3. Choose correct Solidifi 0713 Form
5 ERROR Message Unauthorized Access Error occurs when there is a conflict with the Solidifi login credentials and the login credentials that have been setup in the CRAL. If the appraiser has recently changed their Solidifi password, it will also have to updated in CRAL If issue still exists, appraiser can login to the Solidifi Portal with their USER ID and password. If login is successful, the same login credentials should be updated in CRAL Always ensure the appraiser assigned to the order is setup in CRAL to retrieve orders Click for steps to synch Solidifi login in CRAL
6 How to update Login Credentials in CRAL 1. Go to E-services 2. Select Options (bottom) 3. Select Retrieval Delivery (left side) 4. Select Solidifi 5. Enter the Solidifi user ID & Password 6. Select OK
7 ERROR Message Blank If no reason is noted within the error message, the appraiser is to confirm whether they have a Network setup in their Home/Office. If this is the case, CRAL should be contacted directly to conduct updates on the Appraiser s PC. CRAL Contact #
8 Report is Locked How do I unlock the File? 1. Select the file that is locked (should be highlighted in blue) 2. Press Control on the keyboard and while pressed right-click on the mouse. 3. Option to unlock the file will be presented.
9 I cant find my order in the Inbox when I Retrieve orders When accepting an order in Solidifi make sure the appraiser that is being assigned the order is the same appraiser that is setup in CRAL (1:1) SOLIDIFI CRAL Any discrepancy will result in the file not being loaded when retrieving orders through e-services. If a wrong appraiser is accidently assigned to the order, Solidifi will need to be contacted in order to cancel the appraiser off of the order. Continued
10 I cant find my order in the Inbox when I Retrieve orders On the Solidifi Portal if an order is assigned to a firm then canceled and reassigned back to the same firm, when the appraiser attempts to retrieve the order through e-services. It may not appear as an order IN-PROGRESS. Appraiser is to look through their Inbox and check near the bottom where their cancelled files appear. The order will appear there and should be selected in order to create the order Always ensure the appraiser assigned to the order is setup in CRAL to retrieve orders
