8 Selecting Vendor Discounts 7. You will receive an from Intalere (like the one below) that contains a link to a form where you can indicate the preferred contact from your staff and vendor discounts that you are interested in. After filling out this form, you will receive information on how to obtain those discounts. 8

14 Office Depot Registration Instructions If you have an existing Office Depot account: 1. You will be contacted to approve the move from your current pricing to our discounted pricing. If you don t reply, your pricing will not change. If you don t have an existing Office Depot account: 1. Office Depot will set up an account for you you will get a welcome with your account number, user id/password and a 2-page web user guide. 17 Staples Registration Instructions 1. A Staples representative will contact the person who signed the form to set up your account. 2. UPS Registration Instructions 1. Sign up at and follow the instructions on the page. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation indicating your UPS shipper number has been tied to the Intalere UPS discounts. 17

18 Verizon Registration Instructions To begin receiving the 22% discount for your facility s corporate line, please follow the instructions below: 1. Use Internet Explorer as your browser do not use Safari, Google Chrome or Firefox. 2. Go to to register. 3. You will be asked to provide your facility s Intalere member number, ZIP code and your corporate address. Be sure to have your facility s Federal Tax ID and any existing Verizon Business/Corporate Account numbers available. Please note: It is imperative that Intalere s information for your facility (name, address, etc.) match identically with your Verizon account(s). Please verify that these accounts match before proceeding. 4. Be sure to check the box on the final page, indicating that you agree to the Terms and Conditions. 18

19 What Happens After I Register? 1. Verizon and Intalere support receive a notification that you have accepted the Agreement. 2. Your existing account is updated or a new account is created (usually within 2-3 business days). Please Note: Additional information may be required if the member has an existing Verizon account and the Intalere member information does not match. 3. Your local Verizon sale rep is notified once accounts are updated or created. 4. You or your Verizon sales rep may place an order via My Business Portal or Verizon Enterprise Portal. Please Note: It can take up to 2 billing cycles before your discount is reflected. 19

20 How Can My Employees Receive Discounts? After an employer is fully enrolled in the Verizon discount program, their employees may take advantage of the discount and register their line. 1. Go to 2. Employees must register with their corporate account. Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. are not accepted. If the employee doesn t have a corporate , click the don t have a work link and fill out the discount eligibility form. They will have to provide a paystub or other qualified ID. You can also have them go into a Verizon store and provide their paystub. 3. The employee subscriber must be a discount-eligible plan ($34.99 or higher) and be aware that it can take up to 2 billing cycles to reflect the discount. Please Note: Employees must register for paperless billing to get the full 22% discount. 20
