1 Travis Dealer Services Back Office Updates: The Travis Dealer Services website is designed to put the information our dealers want at their fingertips, in a comfortable, easy-to-use format. This document will walk you through the main features of the website. Login Page The first page you ll see is the login page, where we ask users to identify themselves by providing two text strings; an Account Number Dealer ID, and a Password. Note: If you don t know or have forgotten your Dealer ID and/or Password, you can contact your Rep/Dist or sales manager for this information. After entering an Account Number and Password, the user is taken to the Travis Dealer Services Back Office Homepage. New menus and titles: You can also see, along the left side of the page, some frequently asked questions. Clicking on the questions will take the user to pages with the answers to the questions. The following menus and titles changes are proposed to improve navigation of the Travis Dealer Services Back Office. 1

2 The biggest change you will notice is that information has been broken down by product line to allow you to view only that related information you re looking for. This enhancement will cut down on the number of clicks to view the information. My Account Menu: There are no modifications or changes to the My Account Menu. The following Services use this information: 1. Lead letters to consumers 2. Consumers call in for their local dealer, our leads employee queries dealer database for store name, address, phone number and Dealer Search Tools on all Travis Product web sites. 4. Mailing Labels for Sales, Marketing, and Accounting. 5. Broadcast faxing of Hot Flash articles. Click on the EDIT button to change or update your company information. Those Dealers who have their store address added to My Info will provide the consumer the ability to through the Dealer Search tools from all Travis Web Sites. 3

Phone Fax Website Physical Store Location, the map function of the Dealer Locator tool uses this address to guide consumers to your store. Also your Phone and are displayed on the Dealer Locator tool. Once you re satisfied with your changes then click on the Submit button. Your changes are automatically updated for the services which where listed above. 4

This contact information is only access by you and the sales staff at Travis Industries. The contacts information is directly connected to the Travis Training database. This also allows you to view which of your employees have taken training. Edit a contact s information is similar to adding a new contact. 5
