1 What is the Samsung Enhanced Partnership Program (EPP)? The Samsung Partnership Program (EPP) is a staff purchase program for Samsung Key Accounts and their employees. Companies registered in this program receive preferential pricing across a range of Samsung products. How to access the Samsung Enhanced Partnership Program To access the Samsung Enhanced Partnership Program (EPP Portal) you ll need to register for a Samsung Account if you do not have an existing account and register your business address. This short guide will take you through the registration progress. Note: It is recommended to use your business address when creating a Samsung Account. If you have an existing Samsung Account, use your existing credentials to sign in with. Page 1

2 FIRST TIME LOGIN OVERVIEW Already have a Samsung Account? Please follow the below steps: 1. Login with your Samsung Account credentials. 2. Enter in your address used for Nexshop when prompted for employee address 3. An will be sent to your Nexshop address. Please cick Enter the Multistore to access the EPP Portal. Register or use an Samsung Account Sign In with Samsung Account Credentials Enter business address Verify business address Access EPP Don t have a Samsung Account? Please follow the below steps: There is a two step verification process: 1. Register or use an existing Samsung Account a. Non members can sign up for a Samsung Account from the login page. 2. Sign In with Samsung Account credentials 3. When asked to enter in your business address, enter address used to sign up for Nexshop (Required for verification purposes and access to the portal) 4. Verify address from the verification 5. Access the EPP portal upon successful verification The following will take you through the entire sign in process for first time users and will show you how to create a Samsung Account and how to register your business address to access the portal. 1. As a first time user, if you do not have an exsisting Samsung Account, click on Create Samsung Account button. Page 2

4 3. Complete the form below and click Next. 4. Verify your account by clicking on Verify Account. You will receive an to with a verification link. Depending on your domain, you should be directed to the account. Page 4

5 Otherwise check your and click Verify Account. 5. Once your account has been verified, click on Start. You will receive an confirmation that your account has been verified. 6. You will then be redirected to the login page. Login with the credentials used to create your Samsung Account. Page 5

7 A confirmation will be sent to your business address. 9. Check your and click on the Enter The Samsung Store button to access the store. RETURNING USERS OVERVIEW Once you have verified your access, simply log in using your Samsung Account details to access the portal moving forward. You will be access to revalidate your access every 6 months. When prompted to enter in your business address, please enter in your employee address to receive the verification (same process as the first-time login). Page 7
