21 conclusions A lot is being done that will be useful for local e-government building Flemish authentic government data sources (GIS and non GIS) providing (free!) access to these government data sources financing e-government projects with relevance for local authorities But not enough is being done together with local government the desire (and the need!) to co-operate clearly exists but we haven t found the right model yet and the budgets are still lacking! otherwise gegis has much potential and has an important role as an enabler of authentic GIS data Co-ordination Cell Flemish e-government p. 21
