1 iveri NPay HOST SITE INSTALLATION NOTES Step 1 Identify which PC will have the NPay installation with the franchise owner Ensure that the PC is logged on as Administrator. If not ask the franchise owner to change this. Step 2 Go to desktop and right click on My Computer Click on Manage Click on Device Manager Click on Ports see if there is at least COM 1 on the machine. If not you will need to install the Serial Adapter Card in the PC. If you do this, make sure you get the X-Link document signed by the franchise owner. Step 3 Turn off PC Look at the back of the machine for the 9 pin plug (normally next to the monitor plug) Connect the grey comm cable to the 9 pin plug Connect the power cable to the POS device Connect the grey comm cable to the COM 2 port on the POS device Plug in the POS device Start up the PC

2 Step 4 Insert the NPay Installation CD Click on Next

3 This screen will identify whether either or both Java and Firefox are on the PC. Tick either both boxes or what is required to be installed. Click on Next

4 If Java has to be installed, follow the next screens.

5 Click on Accept Wait

6 Click on Finish. If Firefox also needs to be installed, follow the next screens.

7 Click on Next Tick Accept and click on Next

8 Choose Standard setup and ensure default box is NOT ticked. Click on Next Click on Install

9 Click on Finish. Ensure Launch Firefox now is NOT ticked The NPay installation will now start Click on Next

10 Choose Production and Click on Next Click on Next

11 Click on Install Wait, then when ready click on Next

12 DO NOT CLICK ON FINISH DO NOT click on Finish. Wait for the following Device Port registration box to appear. If the Port registration box below does not appear, refer to the Troubleshooting notes at the end of this guide. In the Port drop down, select COM1

13 Click on Test. If it states Configuration OK, click on Save. If it does not state Configuration OK, change the Port. If all is fine it will state Configuration Saved. Close this box to display the next screen.

14 Click on Finish. You now need to Register the device at the site and conduct a Test Debit Card Transaction.

15 Step 5 Open a browser and go to Put in your User Name and Password and click on Login

16 Mouse over POS Device and click on Capture

17 The above page will load. Wait for Card Number, Expiry Date and Card Security Code fields to go Grey.

18 Click on NPay. Do a Transaction using the iveri branded debit card provided. This should produce a balance enquiry. NOTE: When selecting the account on the POS device, make sure you select Savings Account. The final step is to register the device at the physical location after the POS device has printed a Balance Enquiry slip. Complete ALL the details on the form below.

19 NOTE: In the Describe Location field above, simply enter the description of the PC location in the store. It is normally on a sticker/piece of paper on the wall in front of the PC eg. Internet PC2 etc. When complete click on Save. The installation is now complete.

20 Step 6 FINAL STEPS Open any website. At the top click on Tools Then click on Internet Options Click on Security Click on Local Intranet Click on Custom Level Under Miscellaneous, scroll to Display Mixed Content and move black dot to Enable Click on OK Click on OK Hand over all marketing material and extra POS receipt rolls to the franchise owner. Explain their responsibilities regarding the NPay Installation: Check that the POS device is on and displays NPay Terminal on the screen. If it does not then simply unplug the power point at the back and plug it back in. This should automatically reset the device. If this does not work and they need assistance, there is a iveri sticker on the bottom of the device giving the support contact details. If they need to reformat or do anything else to the PC on which NPay has been installed which will require re-installation, they need to call the support number on the sticker. Inform the franchise owner that they can change the PC login back to normal from the Administrator login they provided. Notify your office of completion of the installation before moving on to the next site.

21 TROUBLESHOOTING NOTES: If the Device Port Registration screen does not appear automatically, follow these steps to complete this aspect of the installation: Go to C:\ProgramFiles\iVeri\NPay Find InstallService.bat Double click on it. The Device Port Registration box will appear. Complete the necessary as per page 12/13 then close the registration box. Go to C:\ProgramFiles\iVeri\NPay\Installation Find InstallService.bat Double click on it. A DOS box will appear and disappear very fast. Go to Start Menu Program Files iveri NPay Click once on Restart POS Controller Go to Start Menu Program Files iveri NPay Click once on Update Service
