4 Mobile Installation CDP, Inc. 3 Installation 1. Login to the WebEHRS system. 2. Click on WebEHRS Help and Support (link located at the bottom of the screen). 3. Click the link for WebEHRS Mobile Installer and save the file to a local folder. NOTE: Microsoft Outlook must be closed prior to installation. Installation 4

6 6 Mobile Installation CDP, Inc. 4. Run the program from the save directory above. An occasional command prompt screen will appear and then go away. NOTE: If you cannot find the WebEHRS Mobile Installer after download, click the folder at the bottom of your desktop screen and select Downloads.

7 7 Mobile Installation CDP, Inc. The License Agreement will display. 5. After reviewing the agreement, click I Agree to continue with the install. Default settings are recommended, however the available components can be adjusted as needed. 6. Click Next to continue.

10 10 Mobile Installation CDP, Inc. 8. Click the Finish button to complete the installation. A CDPMobile icon will appear on your desktop.

11 11 Mobile Installation CDP, Inc. 3.1 Configuring If this is your first time using WebEHRS Mobile, you will need to configure the network settings in order to use the WebEHRS Mobile software. 1. Click Network Setup located in the bottom left hand corner of the panel.

12 12 Mobile Installation CDP, Inc. The network settings required for WebEHRS Mobile are shown below. [T1] After the user clicks OK, a pop-up message will display that the current user will be logged out. Click OK.

13 Adding New User 1. Click the New User icon and then click OK. WebEHRS Mobile will display the Add User window:

14 14 2. Enter your Mobile Account Username and Password. NOTE: This login box is looking for your Mobile Account credentials. Mobile Account security protocols are used to prevent unauthorized installations of WebEHRS Mobile. Although your Mobile Account is separate from your WebEHRS User Account, the two accounts are linked together in the database (behind-the-scenes).

15 15 Login credentials for your Mobile Account follow these formats: Username: Firstname.Lastname Generic Password (case sensitive): ihs Select an ICON and click OK Click the icon in the upper right corner to expand the WebEHRS Mobile main menu.

Make the following changes under the General tab: Display When window is wider Fit to Width When window is taller Fit to Width Menu Behavior Select Desktop Auto Save Uncheck Automatically Save Sessions Every Click OK 6. Click the icon to open a form 7. Select the Synch My Data Form. 8. Click OK and WebEHRS Mobile will open up the form to create/populate the local database, download any necessary files (i.e., Crystal Reports, logos, etc.), etc.

18 9. Log in to WebEHRS using your WebEHRS account credentials. Installation 18

19 Enter KYPROD1 in the host name and select Click to Log on If your credentials are valid, the system will request from the host the appropriate tables needed for the local database and populate the local database. If this process is successful the Last Download Date will be updated with today s date. It will then compact the database and download any required files. Once you are finished and the Last Download date displays Today s Date : 11. Close the Synch My Data Form. 12. Open the Perform Survey Form. 13. Click on the Establishments hyperlink to open the Establishment Search box. Perform a quick search to verify the establishment data downloaded properly. 14. Select an Establishment from the list and when the Establishment Search box goes away, click on the Print Preview tab in the upper right hand corner to verify the Survey Form Print Preview.
