6 Chapter 1 Overview 1.1 System Overview RDM602XG, Ruida technology industrial embedded special flying laser marking control system, WinCE6 as operation platform, with Samsung latest control chip ARM210. Compared to the laser marking system run on PC (Windows) platform: Industrial-grade system kernel customization, computing speed is faster, more stable performance. Integration industrial design, more reasonable structure, and with smaller volume, which is convenient for assembly line installation. Industrial-grade touch screen operation, visual screen, more simple and quick operation. Focus on flying marking, more powerful functions, more cost-effective. Flying laser marking refers to workpiece don't have to be static in the marking process, marking the workpiece in fast moving state in production line, greatly improved the production efficiency and reduced the workstations requirements, using a dedicated encoder to get the motion state, with more accurate precision and higher quality. Flight marking is widely used in marking product serial number, production date, manufacturer bar code, and pictures, etc. RDFM has carried out careful research on marking applications, such as serial number and date/time and such as research and development, which can meet the user requirements in one step. In addition, on the basis of the system, we can do secondary development according to the different needs of users, customize the function modules as required. 6 / 45
