2 STUDENT STATUS QUERY Log on to Campus Management. SETTING THE REPORT UP IN YOUR FAVORITES FOLDER (you will only need to do this once) Note: you do not have to set it up in your favorite s folder. You can just execute the job by entering the transaction number (ZCM_Student_Status) in the field at the top and hitting your enter key. If you use of this option, skip to page 4 on how to run this report. Step 1 Click on Favorites at the top of the page. Option 1 Click on favorites to insert in your Favorites Menu Option 2 Just type the transaction in this box and hit enter Step 2 the following drop down will appear. 3 Step 3 This box will come up. Type in ZCM_Student_Status in the Transaction code box, then click the green check mark. Click on the green check to execute This report will now appear in your favorite s folder and you can access it at any time by double clicking on it. 3/4/2015 Page 3 of 8

4 RUNNING THE REPORT Log on to Campus Management and double click on the report (or just enter the transaction in the box at the top if you have not set it up in your favorites). NOTE: A list of all statuses appears on the last two pages of these instructions. If you have not set this up in your favorites, just type the transaction code of ZCM_Student_Status in this box and hit your enter key. or Double click on the report 3/4/2015 Page 4 of 8

5 SELECTION SCREEN Step Three Execute button (or see instructions for running in the background (which is preferred) Step one Select a reporting period here Step two Select a status specification and subtype (status code) here. If you want to select multiple statuses, click on the yellow arrow. Step One - Reporting period Select either today, all, current month, past, current year or future by clicking the appropriate radial button. This is looking at the date you made the status active or inactive. Step Two - Program Selections Under Status specifications select either A (Active) or I (Inactive). In Subtype enter the status code. If you want to enter multiple statuses see the screen shot see below. Step Three - Click the execute button (or run the report in the background which is the preferred method) Running Multiple Statuses If you want to enter multiple status codes in Subtype then select the and a box will come up that will allow you to enter multiple statuses (see screen shot on the next page).
