2 Aquarius Driver Assistant Application The driver walk round check is fully secure with driver specific 4 digit PIN numbers. PIN numbers are issued when a driver is added to ClockWatcher. Agency staff can also download the app and can log in with a guest code which is The App can be downloaded from our website. Once downloaded it will ask for a company code which can be obtained by contacting ClockWatcher Support. Dashboard Once logged in with your driver PIN you will be greeted with the Dashboard. Daily Defect Check To access a driver walk round check. Emergency Defect To record any emergency defects. Accident To record any details in the event of an accident. Documents To be confirmed. POD To be confirmed. Alerts To notify the driver of any outstanding esign reports & indicates the last driver digi card download. Filing Cabinet To store previous checks. 2

3 Daily Vehicle Check All Vehicles that are added to ClockWatcher are automatically added to the App. New vehicles to the fleet that has not been added to ClockWatcher can manually type the registration into the App before the checks which will show on the Web Portal as being an unmatched report. Once a registration has been entered, add in the current ODO Reading and choose from miles or KM/s from the dropdown menu and also choose what language to see the checks in. By tapping the More button you can access the fuel and temperature. The Fuel Tab You can enter the cost, number of litres and the price per litre. The Temperature Tab this is designed for refrigerated trailers. The driver also has the option to enter some notes. 3

4 Driving Policy Statement On submission of the ODO reading and any other details required, the Driver Walk Round Check is ready to use. However if the company has a Driver Policy Statement this will be displayed and responded to by tapping either Agree or Disagree. The user will then be able to continue with the Walk Round Check. Main Headings Depending on how the company template has been customised via the web portal, the App will open to display the main headings. 4

5 By clicking on a check the user is asked if this is Ok or Defect. The user will notice the Defect tab blanked out. To enable this the user will need to enter some notes & take a photo by tapping the camera picture, which will then highlight the Tab. Once you hit either Ok or Defect this will save it and return to the check list. Documents If a driver has been asked to provide evidence of a previous Daily Defect Check this can be done through the app. On the dashboard by tapping the filing cabinet icon, this takes the user to a list of all previous checks completed. 5

6 If we are providing the company s analysis service through ClockWatcher, a driver can also see an update on the last read of their digital card. In addition, the alerts icon will show if any infringement reports are to be signed via the esign Application. Accident If an accident has occurred, it can be recorded through the Accident icon as per the predefined setup. On completion of an accident record, press the Send to Manager button, this will activate an alert on the VDC Manager screen. 6

7 By selecting Filing Cabinet from the dashboard and then the previous check, the user will see in red the previously recorded defects. This can then be accessed and actioned. By tapping the fixed button this will prompt you too add the details of the fix. Once accepted & details have been entered, select and confirm who fixed the defect. If fixed by a 3rd party a name and signature is required. Once signed & accepted the driver will also need to authorise this with a signature.. Watch the video on Click the YouTube icon to view. 7
