Set AudibleAir to download your subscriptions automatically and always have the latest issue of The Wall Street Journal waiting for your morning commute. Let s get you started! Before you start IMPORTANT! To use AudibleAir, you must have either a data plan for your Windows Media SmartPhone (an unlimited data plan is highly recommended), access to a Wi-Fi network, or have your device placed in its cradle. Data charges from your wireless carrier will apply when accessing AudibleAir using your cell phone data plan. Have your Audible user name and password ready! Account Screen for Audible Air This is the screen you will see after a welcome screen from Audible. Enter your Audible username and password here. Press OK after you enter your account information.

3 Library Selection You can choose between Books and Subscriptions using the Menu button and select Go To item. Each tab takes you to the relevant section of My Library. Also you can use Left and Right navigation keys on your phone to switch between the sections. Audio Subscriptions and available issues When you switch the active view to Subscriptions, you will be shown the audio subscriptions available in My Library. To refresh your list of subscriptions, press Menu and Refresh List. To see the available issues for download of that subscription, highlight the title and press Menu button and select Issues. You will be taken to a screen showing you the issues available for download. To download an issue, highlight and press on the Download button.

4 Scheduling Your Automatic Subscription Delivery Schedule your subscription to download new issues automatically, and you will always have a fresh copy when it becomes available. You can do so by highlighting the subscription you would like to schedule and pressing the Schedule button. From the schedule screen, click on auto download, choose the audio format you would like to download in, where to save to, and choose how many issues to keep on your device at one time. Audiobook Sorting Access your Books library and Sort by Author, Title, Times, or Date. You can also filter your Books library by New, Heard, Archive, or All. To get more information on an audiobook title, highlight that title and press Menu and Details button. At the Detail page, it will show you more information about the book in your Library. If you have not downloaded it, press on the Download button to start.

5 Download Audiobooks To download a book, highlight the title in your Books library and press the Download button. At the Download screen, you can select the length of the book you would like to download, in what audio format, where to save to and when to start downloading. Auto Refresh From the Menu button, select Settings and Options items, and check the Use Auto Refresh box. Choose when you want the Auto Refresh to take place and how much of your book to Refresh if more than your minimum time has been heard. (For example, Auto Refresh will let you make sure you always have a fresh one hour segment of a book on your device.) Press OK, and you re ready to go. Auto

6 Refresh will refresh any book you ve listened to that has been downloaded on to your device. Other options in the Options screen allow you to choose how much audio to download when Auto Refreshing and the default audio format you would like to use. Display Preferences and Vacation Mode You have the possibility to select the display mode of your library with one or two lines per item. From the Menu button, select Settings and Preferences items, and make your selections for Books and Subscriptions views. To rapidly switch between the displays modes, you may use also keys 1 and 2 from your phone keyboard. In case when you want to deactivate all auto-refresh and download features you have to select the Vacation / Suspend mode by checking the appropriate case. Your device will not update your audible content anymore. You can resume the wireless refresh later any time.
