2 Sartorius Combics Sartorius Combics platforms meet all the requirements demanded by the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, as well as the electronics and metal producing and processing industries. You can select from a range of 30 platforms, with weighing capacities from 3 to 3,000 kg. Combics offers platforms of accuracy class l, verified for legal metrology, with display resolutions of 3,000 e, 2+3,000 e (two weighing ranges) as well as non-verified versions with 15,000 d or 30,000 d for use in standard applications. All 30 models are available in your choice of galvanized or painted steel with the features you need for your specific weighing tasks and work environment. Plus, you can select a stainless steel or painted load plate with pressure-actuated lifting device (starting at mm in size). Your choice of the stainless steel version doesn t end there: the load plates are available with a brushed, electropolished or patterned tread plate finish. The Sartorius Combics platforms are made of 304 and 316 Ti stainless steel, with the industrial protection rating you need: IP65 or IP67. The platforms can be combined with all the indicators and controllers featured in the Sartorius program. The program of platform models is completed with driveon ramps, frames for pit installation, roller conveyors made of a variety of materials and other accessories. 3 Rugged Platforms Ready to Do Hard Work Combics Food Platforms The Platforms for Food Production Seamless fulfillment of the stringent regulations is a paramount prerequisite for food production. The new Combics Food platforms make it easier for you to conduct HACCP-compliant analysis and establish suitable measures to avoid contamination. Our Food platforms are manufactured in accordance with the recognized European Hygienic Equipment Design Group (EHEDG) directive. The models of the Combics Food Platform range are manufactured of 100% highgrade alloy stainless steel perfect for the food sector. The load plates that come into contact with the products and are therefore cleaning-intensive are made of 304 stainless steel. Your choice of options include brushed or electropolished 316 Ti stainless steel. No matter what the choice, they meet the specifications: Surface roughness < 0.8 μm. The hermetically sealed load cell is arranged between the two sandwich components. The Combics Platforms meet IP69k strong water-jet resistance and IP68 submersibility requirements.
