1 Dell EMC Partner Advantage Lite: U.S. & Canada Program Rules February 2017 April 2017 The following Dell EMC Partner Advantage Program Rules ( Rules ) together with the terms and conditions set forth in the Dell EMC Partner Advantage Program Terms & Conditions ( Terms & Conditions ) apply to your participation in the Partner Advantage Program. All terms and phrases used in the Rules shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms & Conditions unless otherwise defined herein. Eligibility: The Partner Advantage Lite Program is a sales rep-level incentive program. Eligible participants must be an employee of either a U.S. and Canada Dell EMC Partner Program for Authorized Reseller Partners that allow rep-level incentives. Sales representatives of all U.S. and Canada Dell EMC Partner Program Authorized Reseller Partners ( Sales Representatives ); and Technical sales representatives of all U.S. and Canada Dell EMC Partner Program Authorized Reseller Partners ( Technical Representatives ). Note: Partners who are eligible to participate in Titanium level incentives are NOT eligible to participate in the Partner Advantage Program. Claiming Period: Due to the program outage, February 17, 2017 through April 6, 2017, participants will have a grace period until July 6, 2017 to submit all claims that would have normally been submitted during the outage. Claims Process: All (as defined in the Terms & Conditions) claims must be submitted through the Dell EMC Partner Advantage Program site which may be found at: (US) or (Canada) Dell EMC will review each claim to determine whether it qualifies for under the Partner Advantage Program. Dell EMC reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any claim for under this Partner Advantage Program in its sole discretion. Only those claims that Dell EMC determines are eligible shall qualify for. Participants should review the rules for each promotion prior to submitting claims. All decisions made by Dell EMC are final. BI Worldwide, a reward management company, will process the claims and AwardPerQs upon approval from Dell EMC. Eligible products must be sold to a Global Commercial Channels United States or Canada customer (excluding the OEM Solutions and Global Alliances division). Sales of eligible products to customers in Dell EMC s Federal Segment shall not qualify for the Partner Advantage Program. Any existing Marketing Incentive Fee agreement that Partner may have with the Dell EMC Federal Sales Segment shall remain in place notwithstanding these Rules. How the Program Works: 1. Participant sells an eligible product or products (see Program Products and below) to a Dell EMC approved customer during the program Claiming Period (as stated above). a. Participant submits a completed sales claim form within the eligible date posted on the claim page. b. will be deposited in your account once a product sale is verified and the claim is approved. c. If your claim is put on hold or denied you will immediately receive an from Dell@biworldwide.com with additional details and an explanation from the reviewer with instructions on next steps. If your claim is put on hold you will have weeks to update it with the correct information before it is automatically denied. All decisions made by Dell EMC are final. 2 Program Products & Client New Business Incentive Bonus (NBI) Client NBI Promotion Rules: (Limit to 2 unique NBI customers submitted per partner company, per quarter February 1, 2017 April 0, Allow up to 6 business weeks for claims processing on this promotion. All decisions made by Dell EMC are final.) 1. Limit to one claim per unique NBI customer account, per partner company. 2. Approved NBI deal registration must be associated with closed business for client (an order number must be submitted).. Only closed business for client is eligible. Chromebooks do not qualify.
