1 Clearview Mobile Clearview is happy to introduce a new Clearview experience for mobile devices. The following document will introduce you to the navigation of Clearview Mobile along with the information that can be retrieved. It is important to note that Clearview Mobile follows the same permissions as Full Clearview and the following document is based on having access to all available reports and functionality. Your view and accessibility may vary based on your user permissions and settings. Clearview Mobile can be accessed by going to selecting Switch to Mobile and entering your user name and password as normal.

2 Icons Listed below are the action icons found at the top of your screen. Menu Filter Allows you to browse the different reports available in Clearview Mobile and access the User options Go to the Menu section below for more details or click here. Allows you to filter the information found on a report. Filter options include, but are not limited to: Area, Store, Mode, Date and Day Type. Go to the Filter section below for more details or click here.

3 Menu Allows you to access the various reports found on Clearview Mobile. For detailed information regarding each report, please see the Reports section below or click here.

4 Personalized Order of Reports The icon allows you to arrange the reports in your preferred order by selecting. o Personalize the order by touching and holding. Slide to the desired position and release. o Once you have the reports in the desired order, select Done o If you would like to restore the Clearview Mobile default order, select Reset

5 User options When the menu is open, the user options are located at the bottom of the screen. Profile Contact Us Desktop Mode Allows you to change the Language, Theme and Mobile Homepage for your user. Scroll down for more details on the Day and Night theme or click here. Displays the Clearview support hours (shown in local time), phone number and address. Allows you to automatically call or support by simply selecting the desired option. Redirects you to the same report found on the desktop version of Clearview. Sign out Allows you to safely sign out of your Clearview session.

6 Profile Day and Night Themes In your profile, you can choose between two different themes; a light theme (Day) and a dark theme (Night). Day Night

7 Filter Filtering options are available for all Clearview Mobile reports. The following is a list of all the options however the availability of each option will depend on the report you are viewing. Area Store Mode VS View Your store areas. Your list of accessible stores. The periods which can be viewed by the selected report. This is a period being compared to your reported period selected above. The report can be displayed stores individually or by consolidating the information. Must have selected All in the Store filter. Day The report can be displayed by Calendar or Business Day. *Does not appear in the screenshot to the right.

8 Reports The following details what reports are available on Clearview Mobile along with view, update and settings options. My Dashboard This report is pulled from the Executive Summary report on the Full Clearview website. Arrows are indicative of the change in regards to the comparison period chosen. o Green arrows denote a positive change while red arrows denote a negative change from the chosen comparison period. Filtering on this report provides you the ability to View by Totals and View by Store. The settings available will vary based on your selection; details of each setting option are outlined below. For more information please see the Filter section above or click here.

9 View by Totals Settings When filtering on View by Totals you can choose to arrange the reports in your preferred order by selecting the icon. o Personalize the order by touching and holding. Slide to the desired position and release. o Once you have the reports in the desired order, select Done o If you would like to restore the Clearview Mobile default order, select Reset

10 View by Store Settings When filtering on View by Store you can choose the Category & Values to display by selecting the o o icon. Category options are: Financials Destinations Transactions Labour Deductions Inventory Value options are dependant on the category selected; below is an example of some of the options: Net Sales Cash Over/Short Gift Certificates Sold Counted Cash Adjusted Gross Sales Deposit Total (local + Gross Sales foreign)

11 Sales Summary This report is pulled from the Cash Sheet, Summary report on the Full Clearview website. Adjustments, Deductions & Actual Deposits act as buttons and can be selected to provide related detailed information. Provides ability to drill down into Destinations and Miscellaneous Destinations Provides sales summary details by destination

12 Miscellaneous Provides various other summary details such as: o Cancelled Items o Transaction Count o Average Sale o o Net Penny Rounding Net Over/Short Sales by Time This report is pulled from the Hourly Labour Cost report on the Full Clearview website. Settings Allows you to choose the values to display by selecting the icon. o Value options are: If applicable, by ¼ Hourly, ½ Hourly, Hourly or Day Part Transactions or Sales Labour Dollars, Labour Percent or Hours

13 The ability to drill down is available by selecting the desired button. This will provide you with detailed information regarding the specific time period selected.

14 Labour Cost This report is pulled from the Labour/Labour Cost report on the Full Clearview website. Settings Allows you to choose the values to display by selecting the icon. o Value options are: Total Hours, Regular Hours, Overtime Hours or Statutory Hours Cost or Percent The ability to drill down is available by selecting the desired job. This will provide you with which employees worked that specific jobs along with the number of hours and cost.

15 Schedule This report is pulled from the Daily Schedule report on the Full Clearview website. Settings Allows you to choose the values to display by selecting the icon. o Value options are: All Jobs or by Specific Job

16 Selecting a specific shift will bring up the Employee Contact information. o It is now possible to call or text employees directly from your mobile device. Tapping the employee s phone number will offer you the option of calling or texting the selected number (cellular service provider fees may apply). o Alternatively, you can tap the employee s address to the employee. View Assigned Jobs Provides you with the specific jobs the selected employee can perform and indicates which is their primary job.

17 Employees This report is pulled from the Employee Phone List report on the Full Clearview website. Specific employees can be searched by typing their name in the field. Provides ability to view by All Jobs or Specific Job It is now possible to call or text employees directly from your mobile device. Tapping the employee s phone number will offer you the option of calling or texting the selected number (cellular service provider fees may apply). Alternatively, you can tap the employee s address to the employee. View Assigned Jobs Provides you with the specific jobs the selected employee can perform and indicates which is their primary job.

18 Waste Cost This report is pulled from the Cash Sheet, Waste report on the Full Clearview website. Selecting the desired waste sheet will provide you with detailed information regarding each wasted item.

19 Menu Sales This report is pulled from the Cash Sheet, Product Mix report on the Full Clearview website. Settings Allows you to choose the values to display by selecting the icon. o Value options are: Sales, Units Sold or Actual Units o o Selecting the specific Product Group will provide you with the Product Mix details Selecting the specific Product Mix will provide you with the Menu Item details

20 Inventory Inventory Counts can now be entered with greater efficiency on your mobile device. Clearview Mobile offers the ability to create, view and update open counts. Please note that creating and editing count sheets and closing counts needs to be done using Full Clearview. Click to create a new count or select an existing count to update. When creating a new count, you need to indicate the following: o Count Type: Master, Custom or Hot Item o Count Date o Display Theoretical on Hand

21 Count units can be added by inputting the number or by adjusting using the + and - options. Specific items can be searched for by typing their name in the field. The item count will automatically update and save o A progress bar will be present while updating/saving o Numbers will be shown in green once they have been saved A maximum of 25 items will show per page; if more than 25 items exist then a Next and Previous button will show at the top of the screen which allow you to move between pages.

22 Full Inventory Counts Provides ability to view by All, Category or Sub Category when performing a Master Count Provides ability to toggle between Custom Count Sheets when performing a Custom Count Hot Item Counts There will always be a Hot Item Count sheet called Uncategorized on Clearview Mobile. o This sheet is to be used when you would like to count an item that is not already on an existing Hot Item count sheet. Items can be added by clicking the button Linked Hot Item Counts will not be accessible using Clearview Mobile. o Updating the open Full Count will in turn update the linked Hot Item Count. Provides the ability to toggle between custom Hot Item Count and Uncategorized sheets.

23 Offline Mode Offline Mode is a fantastic feature that will allow counts to be updated even when you are not connected to the internet. Count updates can be added while offline (no Internet connection) and will save immediately upon reconnecting to the Internet. o Please be sure you have the count open prior to entering offline mode o A progress bar will appear beneath the items that have been adjusted until reconnection has been established Offline Mode is easily identified by the appearance of a red error message at the top of the page indicating Error: No Internet Connection Items cannot be added to the Uncategorized Hot Item Count while in Offline Mode

24 Miscellaneous Access details Some information found in reports are designed to act like buttons. Clicking these buttons will display additional information. The button can be identified by its raised edges and lighter color. See an example of buttons below: Sort Some reports allow sorting headers. These can be identified by the light blue line above and below the header. If the line is above the header the sorting will show in descending order and if the line is below the header the sorting will show in ascending order. The data within that column will also be represented in blue. The reports that do not support the sorting option will not show a light blue line.

25 Header When you see two or three dots on the header it indicates you can swipe left to view the previous day or right to view the next day. Error Message In the event something went wrong, you will be prompted to Try Again or Contact Us. Below is an example of the error screen. o Choosing Contact Us allows you to automatically call or support by selecting the desired option.
