Please review the system requirements for WebEx at: If your computer does not meet the requirements, you will not be able to view the webinar please ensure compatibility before proceeding with registration! To do so, you may join a test session at any time: (click the Set Up button) Resource Page To get started, please visit the resource page on The Snell Group s website: Registration Click the On Demand Webinar link on the Resource Page to access the WebEx recording information page: Figure 1: Link to WebEx

Complete the signup form make sure your address is correct, as your registration information will be delivered to that address. Next, complete the payment details. American Express, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards are accepted. Make sure you enter the relevant billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Registration Confirmation Once you have successfully completed your registration, you will receive a registration confirmation from messenger@webex.com containing your registration Access Code. If you do not receive this within a few minutes, make sure to check your spam/junk folder in case it has been misrouted. IMPORTANT: Do not use the URL listed in the registration confirmation! Due to a WebEx system issue, it will be inaccessible. Instead, return to the Resource Page and use the link to return to the WebEx site.

3 The Snell Group Pillar to Post On Demand Webinar Access Instructions 3 Figure 3: Registration Confirmation Viewing the On Demand Webinar Once you have returned to the WebEx site via the On Demand Webinar link on the Resource Page ( click the View button. You will be prompted to enter the Access Code found in your Registration Confirmation . Enter it exactly as shown. Be careful if copying and pasting, as Outlook in particular will often add a space at the end of the code, rendering it invalid.

4 The Snell Group Pillar to Post On Demand Webinar Access Instructions 4 Figure 4: Entering Access Code Once you click OK and your Access Code is validated, the WebEx player will install if necessary, and launch the on demand webinar. Make sure to click Run or Allow if you are prompted with any security dialog boxes. An example is below depending on your web browser and operating system, your dialog box may look slightly different: Figure 5: Security Warning Example You can view the webinar any number of times during a 7 day period following successful registration by following the instructions above. While viewing the webinar, you will see a control panel, typically located in the lower right portion of your screen:

If you would prefer to access it another time, return to the Resource Page and follow the link to the Course Test. Please make sure the address you give on the Course Test matches the address you used to register for the on demand webinar.
