6 How to enter a meeting Through the client Login step1: Double-click the desktop icon of the client and input your name and password step2: Click [Login] to join meeting

7 How to use phone Use phone Computer Audio Ways to make calls 1. For domestic local fixed-line - input [area code] and [ phone number] 2. For domestic mobile-input the phone number directly 3. For international landline. - Keyin [00+country code]- [area code] - [telephone number] 4. For international mobile- select [country code] and input the phone number TIP: Before dialing an international phone number,please enquire and confirm the international telecommunication rules of the destination country

8 How to switch audio Audio and video detection Switch to telephone Remember to check before using computer voice If you choose computer voice, please use the tool [audio and video detection] in the [setting]. Firstly check your computer equipment to ensure its availability. Switch freely between computer voice and phone during the meeting If the voice quality of computer is not good due to the instability of network, switch to phones at any time.

10 How to share the video Free to share videos Share your own videos freely and watch the videos shared by other participant Unlimited number of shared videos 6 videos in one screen

11 How to share the video Watch the focus video and zoom in the video 2 focus video Zoom in one video Select the focus video Select one of videos and zoom in it as the focus video, and continue to zoom in the focus video Check before using the video Please check your computer equipment to ensure its availability with audio and video test tool

12 How to share files 3 ways of sharing 1. Share desktop Participants could view operation of the presenter on the computer screen, and remarking by brush and laser pen. 2. Share documents and multimedia Any format of document such as PPT Word JPG Excel can be opened, with brush and laser pen to make remarks. Additionally, multimedia files and flash video can be played and shared at the same time during the meeting. 3. Share whiteboard You could draw pictures on the whiteboard and express your ideas more precisely.

13 Multimedia Sharing Click the [Sharing files] and select the multimedia file If the file is not flv. formatted, please convert it with G-Net transformation tool. Bigger files takes longer to transform, please do the conversion before the meeting. Video can be paused and played at any time

15 Meeting Management Invitation during the meeting Mute all 1. Set the Presenter Participants could be set as the "presenter" and access the sharing functions. 2. Mute all To manage the meeting order, Mute all" could prohibit the participants to speak. 3. Invitation during the meeting To invite participates to join in the meeting, click "Invite participants to invite participants by telephone, or copying the link. 4. Communication in writing Communicate in writing at any time.

16 Manage meeting via a telephone set Control the audio by keys *1~*9 on a telephone set Phone keypad *1~*9 Keys*4: Switch to mute all To avoid the background noise created by participants, the host could dial *4 and set to "mute all Keys*6: Switch to self mute A participant could dial the key *6 to set to mute when he would not speak to avoid any noise. Redial *6 to cancel self mute and speak Keys*8: The host calls the participants After joining in the meeting, based on the voice prompts, the host could dial *8 to call the participants to join in the meeting
