5 Accessing the Webinar General steps 1 st step: New subscribers, please register on the website: If you are already registered, you do not need to register on the website again. 2 nd step: After having registered on the website, kindly await for the accessing link, to be automatically sent to those registered users, few hours before the webinar session. 3 rd step: Once you receive this accessing link, please click on it, then enter your name and address in order to access the webinar session. 7 Accessing the Webinar Detailed steps Fill in your information and wait until the blue bottom at the entry page becomes active (not started mode) The blue bottom will be automatically activated as soon as the webinar can be started by system (this takes place few minutes before the session begins). 9 Checking the audio You will receive the audio of the event through your computers speakers. Please make sure they are connected, switched on and that the volume is correctly adjusted. You will have better audio quality with headphones. A small window titled audio transmission/broadcast will appear. It will allow you to adjust the volume and control the audio transmission. Please DO NOT CLOSE THIS WINDOW or else the audio transmission will stop and you will have to enable it again. This bar will allow you to enable the full screen mode or to adjust the size of the presentation. To disable to the full-screen mode, press the Escape key. With this button you will be able to enable the audio transmission again if you have problems with the sound. 14 Q&A panel (questions and answers) Use this panel to ask questions about the contents of the Webinar, or explain any technical problems that may prevent you from following the Webinar.
