Time of delivery: Delivery should be completed within 2 working days after receiving the work order over telephone or Quality: Before delivery of goods our authorized person will check the product quality. 09. VAT & IT: VAT and Income Tax must be include with your offer price and we will deduct as per the Govt. rules, if supplier does not provide any VAT challan and IT deposit challan copy with the bill amount. 10. Mode of payment: Through A/C payee cheque only in favour of the name of the organization. 11. Terms of payment: No part or advance payment will be allowed. 12. Documents: All relevant updated copies of your business documents (Trade License etc) must be attached with your quotation. 13. Offer letter: You are requested to provide a forwarding letter on your organizational letterhead pad with seal and signature with this offer. 14. Penalty amount: A. 2% of order amount will be deducted from your total bill amount for each and every belated day. B. 5% of bill amount will be deducted for any deviation with our given specification if supply does not rectify immediately. 15. Quantity deviation: IR has the authority to divide the quantity as per the need of the organization. 16. All quotation should be intact at the time of submission. 17. AML & ATF Policy: IR will terminate this agreement without any notice if any supplier is found to be in violation of Anti Money Laundering & Anti-Terrorist Funding policy. 18. Anti-Bribery Policy : IR follows ZERO-TOLERENCE policy for any form of bribery or corruption. 19. Child Protection Policy: IR reserves the right to terminate this agreement without any notice if any vendor is engaging child labours or supporting any forms of illegal practices. 20. Condition: The authority of Islamic Relief reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the quotations and right to stop supply at any stage of delivery without assigning any reason whatsoever 21.
