2 The first time you access the VedaCheck menu on the ABR homepage, you will be redirected to set up your VedaCheck details in My Profile a. Select Business unit (This will provide access to the correct product groups) b. Enter contact details making sure to enter an address c. Enter password123 and a new password of your choice. (Minimum of five characters and a maximum of 12) Confirm the new password d. Enter a verification question and answer and select Update you will be redirected to VedaCheck Homepage Page 2 For all enquiries in relation to your account or subscription, please contact:

3 The VedaCheck Homepage is designed to help you access required products, manage your login details and passwords and give you easy access to webinars, videos and learning guides to make your experience easy Use My Profile to manage your profile details and password changes The Working With menu gives you immediate access to the products and reports you need. Simply click the entity type to access the reports Use Product Help to find information on the specific reports and a range of other guides related to the products found on VedaCheck The Training link provides easy access to Webinars, Videos and Learning Guides to provide you with the knowledge and skills to use VedaCheck Page 3

4 Frequently Asked Questions 1. What do I do if the VedaCheck login page is displayed? If you select one of the VedaCheck links from the ABR home page and the VedaCheck login screen is displayed then your account may not be setup as a dual ABR-Veda account, or you have accessed VedaCheck directly using the VedaCheck URL, or you a. If your account has been setup as a dual ABR-Veda account and you have not setup your VedaCheck password: Close the browser window, open a new window and follow the instructions above from page 1 Setup your VedaCheck password in the VedaCheck My Profile page to enable you to login directly next time. b. 5 2. How do I find out more about VedaCheck? Introductory Webinars Our introductory webinars are tailored to using VedaCheck. You will learn more about the navigation tools available on to you on VedaCheck, along with the reports available to you and how they can be used to get the most value. These courses run for up to an hour, and are complimentary. There is the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session. To register, simply click on the links located here Product and Training Videos Our videos allow you immediate access to training if you are unable to attend our live webinars. Watch them as many times as you require Page 5 Logging into VedaCheck from ABR Customised Webinars If your team only requires education in a particular area, a customised webinar may suit. Due to the individual nature of these programs, a charge of $145 (+ GST) will be added to your next monthly invoice. To organise a session, please contact the Veda Learning at training.au@veda.com.au. Training at your Site We can also provide subsidised training sessions at your premises. These are usually conducted over a two hour period (dependent on the number of participants) and can be tailored to meet your organisations individual requirements.
