2 New Users - Creating an account Step 1 Please click here if you are viewing this on a computer or other device. If you are viewing a hard copy please type the following url into your web browser: Once you have done this you will need to register using your Chubb business travel insurance policy number that you should have been given with these instructions and your address. Your address will form the user name when you wish to log back in. Click next step to create a password and enter additional details where prompted, then click Register. 2

3 Step 2 Once registered you will receive an account verification so we can make sure your address is correct and functioning. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive anything after 5-10 minutes. The sender will be donotreply@healix.com When you have received the verification click activate your account. This will redirect you to the home page where you can login to the training course. Returning Users - Logging in Step 1 Once you have registered you can login using the same URL that you registered with but this time select login. Click login to be redirected to the training course. If you have forgotten your password click on the forgotten your password link at the bottom of the login box and enter your address to generate a reset link. 3

4 Travel Awareness Training - Using the service Once logged in you will be presented with the main course navigation page. You will only be able to complete the other modules once the Core module - Personal Security Protocol is complete. To complete a module click on the module button where you will be presented with an instructional video. Once the video is complete click proceed to questions where you will be asked a series of multiple choice questions related to the instructional video. 4

5 After completing a module the status will show as complete on the main course navigation page and you will not be able to view the video again. Repeat these steps for all remaining modules. Once all modules are complete, click the download certificate button to complete the course and download your certificate. You will also be ed a PDF copy for your records. 5

6 Frequently asked questions Traveller Safety Awareness E-Learning Q. Why have I been asked to complete this course? A. You have been asked to complete this course to ensure you are fully prepared for your forthcoming business trip. The course comprises short video modules and tests, and provides a convenient and effective way to ensure you make adequate preparations before your trip and do not take any unnecessary risks while away. The training covers the following topics: Preparation and arrival Travel health risks Getting around your location Street crime and robbery Car-jacking and kidnapping Terrorism and civil unrest Once the modules have been completed you will receive a certificate confirming you have completed the along with a take away summary of the content. Q. What if I m travelling to a country considered to be high or extreme risk? A. While this course is designed to help you better understand and mitigate the overall risks when travelling on business, we recommend that you contact your security, HR or risk manager for advice and to determine whether your organisation has a specific travel security policy. Q. Is this an online course that can be accessed from any Internet connection? A. Yes. The course is provide by Chubb and as long as you have an internet connection you can access the course from anywhere in the world. Q. How do I access the course? A. Simply Click here or if you re viewing a hard copy please type the following url into your web browser where you will see a registration section where you will need to enter your organisations Business Travel insurance policy number. Once entered, you will be required to fill in the user information screen with your full name, address and company name. After this you will receive an verification. Once validated you can log in and start the pre-travel risk training. Q. How long will the E-Learning course take? A. The course has 7 modules with a question and answer session at the end of each module that, when taken in succession, it will take about 45 minutes to complete. Q. Do I have to take the entire course in a single session? A. No. You can take as long as you need to complete, subject to any internal timetables your employer may have stipulated. Once you have started the course and completed either a single or multiple modules, you can log out and the course will remember which modules you have still to complete when you next log in. You will not be required to retake all of the modules again, as long as you use the same username and password details. Q. What happens if the course will not start or I have a technical problem? A. Firstly, check with your I.T department that you are authorised to stream content from the Internet and that you have flash based software to play the movie-based modules. If this does not solve the problem contact the technical support desk at info@healix.com stating the problem. One of our team will be in touch to help you rectify the problem. Q. What happens if I lose my unique login details? A. Simply Click here or if you re viewing a hard copy please type the following url into your web browser Click the login button and you will be presented with the login box and you will see a Forgotten your password? option at the bottom of the box. Click the link to generate a reset link that will be sent to your address. Q. How long is the downloadable certificate valid for before I have to retake the course? A. The certificate is valid for a 12-month period after which it is advised that you re-take the course. Q. How will the course benefit me as a business traveller? A. The course aims to instill a selfawareness culture and reduce exposure to risks through education and awareness training. It will aid the business traveller in planning ahead for travel and, specifically, how to identify and manage potential complications.
