2 2 Downloading FastRecruit from the AppStore The application is available in the AppStore. Search for FastRecruit all one word and you will find it with a red FR icon.

3 LOGGING INTO THE APPLICATION You will use the same login and password that you used to login at the admin portal which is available at fastrecruit.fastmodelsports.com.

If you haven t logged in there, you can use the same password if you ve ever logged into FastDraw on the ipad. If you ve never logged into any of these FastModel services, you can click the Forgot Password to follow the steps to reset the password through your . Your administrator can also log into the FastRecruit portal to reset a password for anyone on the staff.

4 4 NOW TAB This tab will provide a brief summary of the games you have today. It will give a brief snapshot of the game featuring the participating teams and it will have a clickable map that you can select to open in the Maps app of your iphone. You ll notice that there s an indication of how far away the event is as well. You can swipe your finger to the right to see other games on your schedule for that day.

5 MY GRID TAB This tab will include all of the games that are on your grid. You can add games to your grid either in the Grid tab of the admin portal, or in the ios app.

You can add games to your grid either in the Grid tab of the admin portal, or in the ios app. You can click on any game to open up the game details, which will include the ability to add it or remove it from your grid, mark it as attended, add player, and view map information.

6 To Add Player, simply click the icon and select the proper team at the top. Enter in the rest of the information and the player will be added to your system.

Remember that adding players ahead of time in the admin portal will be how you add the majority of your players, but if you need to add someone on the fly while at an event, this is how you d do it.

7 ADDING GAMES TO YOUR GRID In the Book tab, you will be able to see a list of tournaments and a list of games in the given tournament. First, select the tournament you d like to look through.

You will now be able to find games two different ways. The first way is to search by venue, which is the screen shown below. In this particular tournament there is only one venue, but if you are going to a multi venue tournament, you will have other options here. I m going to click on the Sears Center and it s going to show me all of the games scheduled Today at that site. The two games shown here are already in my grid. The yellow star that is filled in indicates that they are in the grid and at any point can be selected or deselected. You can also click on any game to view the details and add players.

8 8 The second method to finding games is to click on the top onto Teams By Division.

9 9 This will allow you to select the division you d like to look in and then select a team. Once you find the team, you will see a list of all of the games scheduled for that team, and you can click on any of the gold stars to add those games to your grid. You can also add players to this team from this view.

10 10 PLAYERS The players tab will list all of the players that you have been assigned to in the admin portal or that you have added on your phone. In the admin portal, you ll see an edit button on the line for each player. Click that and then assign staff members to this player in order to view them in the app. In the players tab, you can click on any of your players to view the details about the player, view their upcoming games, and notes for the player. The notes section will allow you and your staff to collaboratively keep a running dialog on the player.
