3 First-Time Login In order to login to your account: 1. Click on Sign In in the upper right hand corner. 3

4 First-Time Login 2. Type in your address in the upper box and then click forgot? 3. The Reset Password screen will come up. Reenter your address. 4. The screen will refresh and indicate that an has been sent with instructions on how to reset your password. 4

12 Updating Player s Picture 1. Enter your account by clicking on Sign In on the upper right corner of the website 12

15 Viewing your schedule 1. Enter your account by clicking on Sign In on the upper right corner of the website 15

16 Viewing your schedule 2. You will be taken to the following screen. 3. To see an individual s schedule, click on the calendar symbol next to that person. 4. If you have multiple schedules, you can click on Family Schedule. Tournament Registration 16

17 Viewing your schedule From this screen, you can see upcoming events, click to see past events, show games only, view events in a calendar format, and RSVP. 17

18 RSVP from website 1. To RSVP, click on the thumbs up icon. *** If you have multiple events, you must RSVP for each one individually. *** 18

19 RSVP from website Player 1 Player 2 Player 3 Player 4 Player 5 2. Choose either the green thumbs up to indicate that you are attending or the red thumbs down to indicate not attending. You can switch at any time. 19

20 Downloading the app 1. Go to the Google Play Store or the App store for Apple and search for League Athletics 2. Click Install or Get to download the app. 20

21 Setting up the App 1. Open the app by clicking on the icon your device. 2. The app should open and indicate that you do not have any organizations added. Touch the Click to add button. 3. Enter your address that you have logged into the website with and then touch the Search button. 21

22 Setting up the App 4. A pop up will appear with our organization name. Touch it to select it. 5. Enter your password. Optionally, you can elect to show it when typing, by selecting that. Please leave the Notifications slide in the green/on position. 22

26 App Screens Roster Page Here you will be able to: - See your teams roster - Click on a player to see details - Select a parent to direct dial if their phone number is listed as either roster or public 26

27 RSVP on Mobile Device Click on the event that you need to RSVP to. The screen will open up with a question mark next to your son/daughter s name. 2. Touch the question mark once to update it to a green thumbs up (Yes). 3. Touch it a second time to update it to a red thumbs down (No). 27
