3 What is ACT-REACT-QuickMap? ACT-REACT-QuickMap provides a simple interface to many of the CRISM PIPE generated products. For CRISM it is an easy to navigate web interface providing rapid access to: map products + observations coverage + individual spectra + virtual products. It is based in OpenLayers with a backend support based on ACT s WIPE/PIPE. This combination allows to leverage on the PIPE server functionality. ACT-REACT-QuickMap is presently being configured and used by M3, LROC, MESSENGER, and MRO/CRISM Example of start-up screen Example showing CRISM products 3

For CRISM it provides Simple and Fast Map navigation (similar to Google-Maps) Context map (lower right) for simple navigation Ability to zoom in/out Ability to use arrow keys to move around in the map Ability to zoom in a region by holding shift key down and highlight region of interest (ROI) Layer Access, e.g. CRISM Global CRISM Products: MRDR and Summary Parameters Coverage files of FTR+HRL+HRS observations CRISM master target list Others Global Historical Layers, e.g. MOLA, THEMIS, Metadata within an ROI, i.e. Ability to query a Region of Interest and get list of observations and master targets within ROI. Ability to link from an FRT ROI query result to the JHU/APL CRISM Map output Spectrum Retrieval for one or more data probes Spectrum at point from Source Tile Possible to associate computations done on the fly at a given location, e.g. averaging of 3x3 or 5x5 To connect: Standard User login / password is required 5
