2 Important Reminder about Image Usage Please note: it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the proper rights and permissions for all images you place on your Website. If you are using your own images, then be sure that they were either taken in a public setting, and/or that you have the permission of the subjects. This is especially true for photographs of minors. If you are using photographs you obtained from another person or Website (e.g. stock photo, clip art, etc.) be sure that you have permission to use it on your Website.

4 Logo: MAXIMUM Dimensions: 400x120px,.gif,.png Manage here: Edit Site > Skinning > Edit Site-Wide Skinning Defaults > Header Section > Logo Image > Background-Image Field NOTE: if you are using a logo image INSTEAD of text, you will need to make these skinning adjustments: 1. Header section > logo image > height field: set to the height of your image (in pixels) 2. Header section > logo image > width field: set to the width of your image (in pixels) 3. Header section > logo image > margin field. This defaults to 50px 0 30px, which adds 50px above the logo and 30px underneath. When adding in an image, you can change this to 0px, or adjust the 50px and 30px to smaller numbers (in order to adjust the spacing above and below the logo). 4. Header section > logo show text > display: set this to none. This will remove the sample text from the logo area. Twitter Feed: To update the Twitter feed area on the homepage so it displays your tweets, go to edit site > edit pages > master group (name of organization) > Home. NOTE: you will need to make this change in the HTML view of the page, so we recommend first creating a new revision (which will allow you to preview your changes before making it live). Once you have switched to the HTML view, look for this line of code: <script type="text/javascript" src=" ount=1"></script> You will need to replace the bolded SiteOrganic title with your own Twitter handle. Then, you can preview the revision and publish the page (under the manage revisions link). If you DO NOT want to incorporate a Twitter feed on your homepage, you can remove this under the Skinning area: Edit sit> skinning > edit site-wide skinning defaults > twitter block section > twitter > display field. Enter none in this field (without the quotations).

Spotlights Dimensions: 180x115px Manage here: Site Administration > Spotlight Recent Program Dimensions: 124x144px Manage here: Files & Media > Media (within the program, load this image into the homepage graphic field)
6 Image Spots (Interior Pages): Header Image General/Group A Dimensions: 594x240px (height can vary) Side Image General and Group A Header/Side Images General and Group B Dimensions: 280x240px (height can vary)
7 SIDE IMAGE FIELD The side image field can accept an image and/or a combination of the text variations listed in the table below. You can have multiple items loaded into the side image field, separated by the pipe symbol (ex: /uploads/sideimage.jpg or /uploads/sideimage.jpg Upcoming Events). The first item loaded will display in the top right portion of the layout, and the second item will display in the right-hand column next to your content. Options for the side image field: VALUE DISPLAYS /uploads/sideimage.jpg Upcoming Events Quote:-1 Quote:0 GroupMarquee An image in the top right of the page layout Upcoming calendar events (calendar > calendar events) Random quotes from the entire organization (site administration > quotes) Random quotes from the respective group (site administration > quotes > select group) Inserts links from the respective group (site administration > marquee > select group) The example below illustrates a side image and a quote: /uploads/sideimage.jpg Quote:-1
8 Media Images and Files We recommend the following dimensions for media images on most site designs (yours may vary, depending on the layout of your design): Media Archives Page image: 115x75px (height can vary) Main Series/Program image: 480x340px (height can vary) Video size: 480x270px (assumes a 16:9 ratio) Format: MP4 or FLV
9 Directory / Staff Images Staff Image Thumbnail: Dimensions: 85x85px NOTE: the thumbnail graphic can be automatically generated in the File Manager by using the process selected images button. Staff Image: Dimensions: 200x200px
