In addition, the Dealer Collateral website has been updated with high resolution product images and logos for these new products. IMPORTANT DEALER COLLATERAL UPDATE! **PLEASE READ** It is important to note that the way you download all Co-Op advertising assets on the Dealer Collateral website for our new and existing products has changed. As always, visit log in and click on Co-Op located in the top navigation bar. Clicking on Co-Op will now open a new tab where you can download all Co-Op advertising assets similar to how you have done in the past. Please see the attached user guide for quick tips on how to navigate this updated portion of the website. 3 Accessing Co-Op Advertising Assets THE CO-OP BUTTON HAS MOVED TO A NEW LOCATION! To access the Co-Op Advertising Assets, click on Co-Op now located in the left navigation bar on the Dealer Collateral homepage. Once you click on Co-Op a new tab will open which will take you to the new homepage for Co-Op Advertising Assets. Here you will be able to view and download all of your Co-Op Advertising Assets, just like before. Note: your Dealer Collateral web page where you order literature, posters, banners and more will remain open in the original tab and you still need to place orders for those items on that page. 4 Navigating the Co-Op Advertising Assets Webpage From the Co-Op Advertising Assets homepage, select the appropriate brand folder to access all available Co-Op advertising assets for that brand. Please note, Dealers should see brand folders on the homepage for each of the brands they sell. If you are a Dealer who carries more than one brand and do not see a folder for that brand, please contact kanderson@douglasdynamics.com. Click on the appropriate folder icon to browse that brands Co-Op Advertising Assets directory. You can also type product keywords (XV2, POLY-CASTER, plows) into the search bar located underneath the top navigation bar to search the site for files tagged with those specific keywords. 5 Navigating the Co-Op Advertising Assets Webpage Once you re in the Co-Op Advertising Assets directory, you can search for Co-Op Advertising Assets one of two ways: 1. Click on one of the folder names shown in the left navigation menu. 2. Click on the individual folder icon in the main display area. Main Display Area Left Navigation Menu

6 Quick Download vs. Preview Then Download There are two ways that you can download a Co-Op Advertising Asset; Quick Download or Preview Then Download. Quick Download 1. Click the Actions button in the top navigation bar on the right hand side of the page. This activates a quick link menu that will show up underneath each thumbnail asset. 2. If you can tell from the thumbnail asset that this is the asset you are looking for, then you can simply click on the download icon in the Quick Link Menu to download your desired asset. 7 Quick Download vs. Preview Then Download Preview then Download 1. If you need to see a larger sized preview of the asset that you want to download, click on the asset and it will open a preview window with a larger version. 2. If this is the asset you desire, then simply click on the download icon that appears in the preview window to download it. 3. If you still need to see the asset larger than that or to zoom in on it, click on the asset in the preview window again. Use the scroll bar at the bottom right hand side of the page to zoom in and out of the asset Preview Window Download Icon Click asset again to access the zoom tool. Scroll bar to zoom in on asset

9 Downloading Co-Op Advertising Assets Product Photos PRODUCT PHOTOS All product photos are available as high res JPG files. They are all approximately 1200 x 1800 pixels, set at 300 dpi resolution. To download a high res JPG of the product photos, you can click either the button or the button. Reminder: If you do not see the Quick Download buttons below the desired asset, click the Actions button in the top navigation bar on the right hand side of the page

10 Downloading Co-Op Advertising Assets Print Ads PRINT ADS All print ads are available in four different sizes. To download a high res PDF file click the button You now have the option to download all print ad files in high res JPG format also. To download the print ads in a high res JPG, click the button Reminder: If you do not see the Quick Download buttons below the desired asset, click the Actions button in the top navigation bar on the right hand side of the page

11 Downloading Co-Op Advertising Assets TV Spots TV SPOTS All TV spots are available in MP4 format. To preview any TV spot, click on the video display asset. When you get to the next screen click the play button. If you don t need a TV spot tagged, simply click the button to save the file to your computer and add it to your website or social media page. If you would like a TV spot tagged with your business information, please download the TV spot request form located at the bottom of the TV Spots folder or in the Forms and Resources folder, fill it out and it back to kanderson@douglasdynamics.com. TV Spot scripts are also available for download. 12 Downloading Co-Op Advertising Assets Radio Spots RADIO SPOTS All radio spots are available in MP3 format. To preview any radio spot, click on the radio display asset. When you get to the next screen click the play button. All radio spots can be quickly downloaded by clicking the button. Once you download the radio spot file, you can it to your local radio station for personalized dealer tagging. Radio scripts are also available for download. Reminder: If you do not see the Quick Download buttons below the desired asset, click the Actions button in the top navigation bar on the right hand side of the page Radio Spot Script Click Radio Display asset to preview spot

13 Downloading Co-Op Advertising Assets Social Media SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING COMING SOON! The Social Media Advertising section will be updated when Co-Op opens on August 1 st. This section will feature all new social media memes, short videos and carousel ads. All these assets are great pieces of content for you to add to your social media pages or use them to run sponsored campaign posts on social media.
