2 Creating Floorplans To add floorplans to your community website or AdBlast syndication, select Change Other Info/Advanced Options from the Websites menu on the blue menu bar. Select a property from the menu (if you have access to multiple properties). Click the Floorplans sub- tab and then click Add New Floorplan or edit an existing floorplan by clicking Edit Details. Use the Unit Style menu to sync pricing, availability, floorplan photos, descriptions and amenities with your Apartment Availability page. Doing so will ensure that your website always features the latest pricing and availability information and your online application will feature the same great photos and descriptions as your website and AdBlast syndication. 2 MARKETING SUITE
3 Click View Floorplan Amenities and Photos to add or edit amenities specific to this floorplan. Click Add Amenity to add amenities to this floorplan. Hold the Control key to select multiple amenities at once. Click the green arrow to add them and then click Save. Click the icon to rename an amenity. MARKETING SUITE 3
4 Click Add Photo to add photos to this floorplan. Click any photo to add a caption to that photo. Click and drag photos to change the order. You can also change the order in which floorplans appear on your website by clicking the Floorplans Sorting sub- tab. Click and drag floorplans to change the order. 4 MARKETING SUITE
5 Description & Specials To add marketing copy to your community website or AdBlast syndication, click the Description & Specials sub- tab. Here are the fields: MARKETING SUITE 5

7 Contacting Your Community To enter your community s contact info, click the Leasing Office sub- tab. Leads will be forwarded to the phone number and entered here, unless you re using On- Site guest cards, in which case they ll appear under Recent Guest Cards Check here if your leasing office is on site When applicants contact you, they will receive an with the content you enter here MARKETING SUITE 7
8 Adding Amenities To add community amenities, click the Amenities sub- tab. Click Add on either the Community or Unit section, depending on the level at which the amenities are available. If you have an On- Site website, then the amenities you enter here will appear on your community homepage. If you don t want the amenities to appear on your homepage you can leave these fields blank and enter amenities via the Floorplans sub- tab instead. See Creating Floorplans on page 2. 8 MARKETING SUITE
9 Hold the Control key to select multiple amenities at once. Click the green arrow to add them and then click Save. Click the icon to rename an amenity. MARKETING SUITE 9
10 Locating Your Community The location of your community and the driving directions that appear on your website can be adjusted at any time by clicking the Location sub- tab. Click and drag the icons to set the location of your community, your leasing office (if it s at a separate location) and the default starting point for driving directions. Click the magnifying glass to zoom in and pinpoint icon placements. 10 MARKETING SUITE
11 Uploading Photos To upload community photos, click the Images sub- tab. To upload photos to a specific floorplan, see Creating Floorplans on page 2. Click Add and then select the appropriate photo from your computer. Click any photo to add a caption to that photo. Click and drag photos to change the order. You can also add a logo for your property by clicking Logo. MARKETING SUITE 11
12 Customizing Your Website To customize the appearance of your website, click the Website Template sub- tab. Start by choosing a theme. Select a banner image or upload your own. Custom banners must be in one of the following formats: jpg, jpeg, gif or png. The recommended size is 960px x 275px. The stock photos are automatically paired with matching website colors. Otherwise, you can choose your own. 12 MARKETING SUITE
13 Use the Custom Tab Names section to rename the navigation tabs that appear on your website. Keep in mind that search engines use these tab names to rank your website so changing them frequently could negatively affect your website ranking. Use Website Display Options to control the way unavailable floorplans display on your website. You can hide them, show them or just hide the pricing. MARKETING SUITE 13
14 Defining Policies To add information about community services, policies, utilities and more, click the More sub- tab. Clicking More brings up several different fields. Parking Pets Application Information Utilities Services Important Links Extra Content Property Audit History Parking type: open parking, garage, street, etc. Pet policy: cats, dogs, etc. and the deposits for each HUD, Section 8, application fees and other disclosures Sewer, water, trash, Internet, etc. Schools, parks, public transportation, etc. Websites of interest to your renters Upload your property brochure, community map, etc. Track changes to your website 14 MARKETING SUITE
