3 Overview: This DNAapp provides financial institutions a centralized location house and group commonly used web links within DNA. All information on the page (links and categories) may be cusmized by the financial institution. Such accessibility and improved readability will increase cusmer service levels and productivity. Key Benefits: Provides centralized location for commonly used web links Improves accessibility Improves readability Processing: The application is available from the Quick Inquiries Web Links menu in the Relationships module. The user clicks on the links available in the page in order launch his web browser with the selected web site. If the selected link is invalid, an error message Invalid Link. will be displayed. Authorization: To grant a user access this application, the authorization item Links Auth Item (R05B) needs be assigned an authorization group, such as tellers (TELL), which the user has at least View and Inquiry access privileges. The following table lists the AuthItem that is used in the application: Name Code Type Description (how used) Links Auth Item R05B AuthItem Authorization item for screen and GUI access. Must be included in authorization groups. Parameters:. Variables: Variables may be cusmized by the financial institution. For users with sufficient credentials, functionality exists update the section values and the link values by using the DNA GUI; menu Institution Variables in the System module, choose Web Links in the drop down list.
