3 Overview: This application creates a person record extract file containing names, addresses, birth dates, and social security numbers. It is generally used for credit scoring purposes and is specifically compatible with Experian s Orion service, though other credit scoring services may be able to use the file format. Key Benefits: For financial institutions who periodically request updated credit scores for customers or members in bulk, this application automates creating a credit score request file. Processing: This application produces an extract file based on the Experian Orion file layout. The application extracts all persons that have no recorded Death Date in DA where the Person-level purge flag is set to (PurgeY= ). Optionally, persons with certain conditions may be excluded from the extract by using the parameters that offer exclusion criteria, as outlined below. organizations are included in the extract. Scheduling and re-run information: This is a non-updating batch application that may be re-run as desired. Report: The report produced by this application is ordered by Person umber, ascending, and may include any of the following exceptions, when the Provide Detail Y parameter is set to Y: Condition Person has an associated Person Type that matches the entry in the Bypass Person Types (8BPT) parameter. Person s primary address includes an Address Line Type of POB or the text P.O., and the Exclude Address Y (8EA) parameter is set to Y. Person s recorded Birth Date is ULL, or greater than the date entered in the Birth Date (8DOB) parameter, if populated. Person has no accounts in any of the Minor Account Types specified by the Include Minor(s) (IMR) parameter. Person s recorded Tax ID (SS) is null (blank), and the Exclude Persons w/out SSs (8ETX) parameter is set to Y. Person has at least one account with the Chargeoff (CO) Account Status, and the Exclude Charge Off Y (8ECO) parameter is set to Y. Run the PS_ORIO_EXTRACT.WTS script to register the application**. o **If utilizing SQLTALK.EXE, please make sure that the checkbox Rewind to Beginning is checked under Options > Script Execution. Then run the PS_ORIO_EXTRACT.WTS script through SQLTALK.EXE by using File > Open and find the file. Copy the PS_ORIO_EXTRACT.SQT to the Professional Services (PS) directory. This application requires an Authorization Key. After the primary installation instructions have been completed, you must apply the Authorization Key. Using the System Manager/Application Manager functionality, enter the supplied Authorization Key for this application. This application requires an Authorization Key.
