3 Overview: The transaction history print program prints all transaction and related information within a date range established by run time parameters. The intent is to establish a standard source of reference for research of activity in advance of scheduled purging. The program will print all transactions for all major product types based on the constraints entered at run time. Key Benefits: Establish a standard source of reference for research of activity Collect transaction information prior to scheduled purging at any frequency Aids in mandatory research of transactions Processing: The AP_PGRTXPRT Batch application is designed to gather and report information of transactions posted within a specified date period. Each transaction is listed with details on the status of transaction, amount, postdate, effective date, trace or check number, and whether it was performed through batch or manually. This report information includes starting and ending balances as of the start date and through date parameters provided as well as fund information related to each transaction. This report sorts by posting date and transaction number for each account The date parameters allow flexibility in deciding how frequently this application should be run to capture the transaction posted.
