3 Getting into the Database Return to Table of Contents The database is located at Enter your ATTUID & password into the Global Logon system Once you get through the global logon, you will land on the AT&T tab The AT&T tab displays whatever is on the homepage of att.com - you will not need this tab to perform any function in the database 3

4 Snapshot Tab You will likely do most of your searching from the Snapshot Tab The Snapshot Tab is where you can find multiple SKUs quickly and do general searches for devicecompatible accessories, accessories by category, by channel, etc. When you click on the Snapshot Tab, you will see all 3,000 of our accessory products. 4

5 Select Fields From here, you can customize the view you want to see by clicking on the Select Fields button 5

6 Select Fields When you do, you ll get this pop up: Move the attributes you want to see from the left column to the right column by using the arrows in the center of the popup Arrange the attributes to the order you want to see them by using the up/down arrows on the right of the popup When you re done selecting attributes, click the Refresh button 6

7 Images If you have a selected to see primary image in your attribute columns, make sure that you have check the box next to the word Images at the top of the page. If you do not have the box selected, you will simply see a Y or an N next to the SKU in the Primary Image attribute column. 7

8 Filtered Search Once you have selected the fields you want to see, find the field that you want to search on and enter the value you d like to find. For instance, let s say you want to find all accessories that are compatible with iphone 5. In the word box under Devices start typing in Apple iphone 5 and select it from the list when the list pops up. *Note that you have to enter the device name exactly as it appears on the launch announcement starting with the manufacturer. Then click on the Apply Filter button on the bottom of the page 8

9 Filtered Search You can continue to filter down by selecting different attribute values to search. For instance you can further filter to find all Case SKUs for iphone 5 by typing Cases in the word box under the Category attribute and selecting it from the drop down menu when it appears. Then hit the apply filter button and your search results will appear. You can continue to filter on as many different attributes as you want. So from here you could even find all Case SKUs for iphone 5 with an SRP of greater than or equal to $50. To do this, you d simply change the No Filter in the SRP attribute field to Greater Than or Equal To, type in 50 in the word box under the attribute field, and click on Apply Filter at the bottom of the page. 9

10 Compare Button Once you ve filtered as far down as you d like, you can use the Compare button to view your search results of at least two SKUs side-by-side To compare all of the SKUs in your search results, click the Select All button at the top left, or only select certain SKUs to compare by checking the boxes next to the SKUs you want to see. When you ve selected the SKUs you want to compare, hit the Compare button at the top of the page. 10

11 Compare Button Once you click the Compare button, a new tab will open and you will see something like: You cannot export this page, but you can print it or do a screenshot as I did here. It s a good visual way to see a quick snapshot of our different products with the vital information that you are looking to find. 11

12 Snapshot Tab Troubleshooting If you find that a search you re doing isn t working, first try clearing your filters. A lot of times you ll have filters on that you forget are on and they skew your search results. To clear your filters, hit the Clear Filter button at the bottom of the page: 12

13 Search Tab The Search Tab is more of a Google type of search, and should be used for finding the obscure like a word in a description. You would use it if you forgot a SKU number or wanted to find out how many SKUs have the word, Yellow in the name for example. Click on the Search Tab. Then click on Search Catalog and you will get the below screen. 13

14 Initial Search In the Enter search text field, enter the text for which you want to search and select Search. For example, let s say you want to find all yellow accessories. The search returned 34 results (you can find this at the bottom of the page). If you are looking for a specific SKU with yellow, you can type the SKU number in the Company/ItemType/SKU field and hit enter to pull it up. 14

15 Filtered Search If you don t know the SKU number, and you want to further refine, you can do so by attribute. You can see that the word yellow turns up in the Name, Long Description, and Color attribute fields. 15

16 Filtered Search So let s say we want to find all SKUs with yellow in the name. In the Attribute field, change No Filter to Contains and then in the box type Name and hit enter on your keyboard or Apply Filter at the bottom of the page. 16

17 Filtered Search Then say you want to further refine to see all SKUs with ifrogz in the name. In the Attribute Value field, change No Filter to Contains and then type in ifrogz and hit enter on your keyboard or Apply Filter at the bottom of the page. And you can see there are 4 SKUs with yellow & ifrogz in the name. If you want any more information on any of these 4 SKUs, you can click on the hyperlinked SKU number on the left and that will take you into the SKUs tab, where you can see all of the product attributes. 17

18 SKUs Tab Use the SKUs Tab to search for a single SKU to see all of the product information associated with that SKU. Click on the SKUs tab & you will see the below screen. 18

19 Search To search for the SKU you need, locate the Search SKUs field on the left side of the page. Start typing in the SKU # that you need into the field. Click on the SKU you need from the drop down list of SKUs that pops up. 19

20 Search Scroll through the tabs at the top of the product information section to find the information you need. Item Codes: Houses product information like SKU, Name & UPC Imagery: See all product images on this tab Category: Find the primary, secondary, & tertiary categories for a product Video: Product videos if any will live on this tab Lifecycle: Will tell you if the SKU is Active, Clearance, or Close Out Dimension: Will house a product s dimensions if they are important to call Pricing: Find the SRP, Original SRP, & Dealer Price out (universal case for instance) Channel: Which channels are able to purchase the product Packaging: Will house call outs on a product s packaging if necessary Marketing: Long & Short Descriptions of the product SKU Documents: Where any launch announcements or other documents Devices: Shows with devices are compatible with the accessory associated with an accessory will live 20
