4 Why can t I read the full story? You must be a logged in as a subscriber to access the full version of a story. Once you are logged in, touch or click any element of the story to expand it. What happens if I forget my password? To change your password, proceed to the log in screen choose forgot your password?. From their, enter your . You ll then receive instructions in your on how to proceed with the reset. 3

5 How do I add or remove channels in my feed? Open the menu at the top left of your screen. Channels that are greyed out are off. Touch the bar with the channel s name to turn its content on or off for your feed. 4

6 How do I change the order of my channels? Open the menu on the top left. Hold your finger or click on the bar with the channel name and drag it up or down to set your desired order. The channel you place at the top will be the first in your feed. Click the menu icon again to close and set your new channel order. How do I switch to a different channel in my feed? Scroll down to the bottom of the channel you are in and your feed will switch to your next channel. The banner at the top tells you which channel you re reading. 5

7 How do I access the e-edition of a publication? The e-edition link is at the top right. The channel you re currently viewing determines the e-edition you will see. Switch channels to see the e-edition for a different publication. Why can t I access the e-edition or digital archives on my phone? Make sure you have pop-ups enabled on your mobile device and try again. 6

8 Where do I find obituaries? A link to obituaries can be found by scrolling to the bottom of a channel. The channel you re on determines the obituaries you will see. How do I comment on a story? Scroll to the bottom of any story to comment. Note: Comments on some stories may be disabled at the editor s discretion. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for questions about commenting and comment moderation. 7

9 How do I search? To Search, open the menu on the top left, then hit Search at the top. Enter your search keywords in the box and hit search.choose from the stories returned in your search results. When you are finished, hit the home button on the top right to return to your channel feed. 8

10 How do I find Sports stories? Open the menu on the top left, then hit Search at the top. Type the word Sports into the search field and hit Search. The most recently posted sports stories will be at the top of your search results. To get more specific, narrow your search. ie.: QMJHL or Brier. 9

11 How do I access the digital archive? To access our extensive digital archive, open the menu on the top left, scroll down and hit More, then hit Digital Archive. How do I contact Brunswick News? To contact Brunswick News about a delivery problem, address change, website problem, advertising inquiry or editorial concerns open the menu on the top left, scroll down and hit More, then hit Contact Us. 10

12 How do I share a story? We ve provided share buttons at the bottom of every story. You may share via Twitter, Facebook or . How do I change my password? To change your password, open the menu on the top left, scroll down and hit More, then hit Settings. Under Profile, choose Change password and follow the prompts. 11

13 How do I update my address? To update your address, open the menu on the top left, scroll down and hit More, then hit Settings. Under Profile, choose Edit next to your address and follow the prompts. How do I sign up for news alerts? To manage all your settings, open the menu on the top left, scroll down and hit More, then hit Settings. Under preferences, check the boxes beside the s you want to receive and hit Update to save your preferences. Note: If you subscribe to alerts, you will receive provincial alerts as well as any alert issued for the channels to which you subscribe. How do I sign up for a Daily Digest? To manage all your settings, open the menu on the top left, scroll down and hit More, then hit Settings. Under preferences, check the boxes beside the s you want to receive and hit Update to save your preferences. Note: If you subscribe to digests, you will receive a daily digest in the morning with stories from the top three channels you have set in your news feed. 12
