2 3. Click on the CPP SHIBLOETH LOGIN button. This will take you to a CPP sign on page 4. Log-in with your BroncoName and Password. 2 4/3/2018

3 5. After you successfully log-in, you will be brought to the Housing Portal Home page. 6. Click on the Application/Contract link in the black menu bar. NOTE: If you are on a tablet or mobile device, you may have to use the hamburger menu button (circled in green) to access the Apply for Housing link. 3 4/3/2018

4 7. Click on the Apply button next to the corresponding year that you wish to apply for. NOTE: Once you have started an application and wish to return to it, this button will now say Continue. 4 4/3/2018

5 Inside the application, you will have a menu on the left, that includes the pages available to complete. A green circle, with a white center indicates what page you are on. A checkmark indicates completed pages. Green circles indicate pages still to be completed. You can return to a completed page by clicking on the page title. Some pages will allow changes to what has been submitted. 5 4/3/2018

6 8. Please read and agree to the Housing License Agreement. To agree sign the License Agreement enter your Bronco ID number in the Signature Line NOTE: (BOX A) Students that are under 18 will need to enter the address of a parent or guardian that will be the guarantor/co-signer of the License agreement. An will be sent to the guarantor to complete an electronic form and signature. 6 4/3/2018

7 Themed Community Instructions 9. On the Theme Preference page, there will be information available regarding the theme communities that are available to the student. To add a theme community, click Add NOTE: (BOX A) Incoming Freshman students will be able to see their college and major so that they can select the College Themed Community that matches their College. 8 Themed Community Instructions 10. Select your first preferred theme from the dropdown, then click OK. You may select more preferences by clicking the Add button (see step 9). Once you have selected 1-3 preferences, click Save and Continue. 8 4/3/2018

9 11. Students must select a preferred room type. To start click the Add Preference button. 9 4/3/2018

10 12. Select a room preference from the dropdown menu, then click Ok. Click Save and Continue when ready to continue. NOTE: (BOX A) Incoming Freshman will see a question regarding their interest in living in the Suites. (BOX B) Upper classmen will see a question regarding their interest in the Center for Regenerative Studies. 10 4/3/2018

11 13. Make sure to click the Submit Application button. This will mark your application as submitted and timestamp your application. 11 4/3/2018

12 Next Steps... Housing Application Instructions Pay Initial Payment The next step of the application is to pay the Initial Payment. Your application will not be considered complete without the initial payment or deferment of the initial payment. After clicking submit, students will be shown the next steps page, then can continue to select to pay or defer the initial payment. This step can be continued at a later time, but should be completed within 2 weeks of submitting the application. Add roommate groups You can create roommate groups, and add others to a group with their BroncoID. Only students that have submitted an application can be added to a roommate group. Check your CPP for notifications of assignment or placement on the waitlist. - Transfer students will be assigned late May - Freshman students will be assigned late June 12 4/3/2018
