1 Phase I for Students Over 18 Open Contract Page Welcome to the University of Arkansas. The first step in the process is to complete a University Housing Contract. As part of the process you will provide us your emergency information and will have the opportunity to request living in a Living Learning Community. To begin, click on Housing Contract in the Housing home page left menu. 1

2 Enter Living on Campus Contract Under University Housing and Dining Services Online Contracts, click Living On Campus Contract, then Please visit the University login page to login. 2

3 Connect to Login Page This will bring you to your Housing Portal. Click on Visit the University Login Page to login. Login with your UARK username - your campus address without and your University password. Click login. 3

4 Connect to Contract Process On the Portal Home page, click on Contracting Process. 4

5 Select Contract On the Current Contracts Available page, click on Academic Year Room and Board contract button. Click on Save & Continue. 5

6 Welcome Page Click Save and Continue on the Welcome page. 6

7 Address and Accommodation Details Many of the information fields on this page may already be completed. Fill any blank fields under Contract Details, and Emergency Contact Information. If you require any special accommodations, you must contact the Center for Educational Access. When you have completed this page, click Save and Continue. 7

8 Living Learning Communities (LLC) Click the Living Learning Community, or LLC Request dropdown box and select the LLC you are interested in being a part of. If you have no interest in an LLC, select *Not Interested in LLC* and click Save and Continue. You must make a selection - either to enter an LLC or that you re not interested in an LLC - on this page to continue the contract process. 8

9 Selecting an LLC If you selected an LLC that interests you, choose appropriately as to whether or not you meet the requirements for said LLC from the dropdown box. Then, follow the on-screen instructions and answer the questions in the fields provided. 9

10 T-shirt Information University Housing receives many requests for prospective freshmen t-shirt sizes. We will share the t-shirt size information you provide from the drop-down menu. Click save and continue. 10

11 Mobile Information For mobile information, enter your Cell Phone Number in the appropriate format, and select whether or not you wish to receive helpful information from the university, via text or phone call, from the appropriate dropdown box, then click Save and Continue. 11

12 Housing Contract You are now at the housing contract. After reading through the student contract, enter your PIN and click Save and Continue. Your PIN can be accessed either by your messages on the upper right hand side of the Housing portal, or via your university inbox. 12

13 Payment Options - Pay Online You have two options for your pre-payment, paying online by credit or debit card or paying by check. If you selected Online Payment: click Pay Online by Credit Card, then click Pay Now. Fill out the form you are redirected to and click Continue Checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions provided to complete your Advance Payment. 13

14 Payment Options - Pay by Check If you selected Check: Fill out your check and mail it using the on-screen instructions provided. 14

15 Congratulations! You have completed Phase I of the Contracting Process. Phase II of the Contracting Process will open on Nov 2. At that time you can return to the housing portal to choose your meal plan, get on the waiting list for resident reserved parking, and opt in to the roommate selection process.
