This is often sent directly to our Business Development representative for a quick review and discussion to help procure initial prediscovery information. This information is given to a project producer who will review the scope of the project and produce a rough estimate. This estimate is sent directly to the client for approval, often the next day if no further pre-discovery questions are required. If the rough estimate is satisfactory, the project producer will engage a senior developer and perform a full discovery process. This can take longer depending on the scope of the project but for a typical front-end job it is still usually just 24 hours. If the client would like to proceed with the project, a 50% deposit is paid upfront to engage work. Development and QA time can vary depending on the scope of the project but a typical front-end site can be as little as 3 days. Once development work has been completed and tested by our QA team, files are uploaded to our staging server and are ready for review. If the project is satisfactory, the remainder of the balance is billed and all project files are delivered to the client.
