6 ESF TP ECAS account To log in: click on the text ECAS Login When logged in: Welcome, xxxx appears, plus Workbench button: mytnc dashboard Profile button: your data and privacy preferences Log out button: to fully log out, close your browser Create an ECAS account: Choose an external (account, unless you are EC) Follow the procedure (+all criteria for password) You will receive an to confirm within 1 hour Go back to 6

18 Zoom a few recommendations Use other tools like Doodle to find common dates Get your documents ready to be displayed At least: back ground documents + Agenda (sent prior to the web conference + post a topic in your forum!) Any doc / App you may share or display during Don t forget to record your web conference if you planned so. Test your equipment and internet line before Broadcast from a quiet environment Keep an eye on the chat posts during your conference Don t hesitate to mute/unmute participants depending on their surrounding noise. As an organiser, you can promote a participant if you need to leave the webinar earlier. Post minutes in your forum! Social Europe 18
