3 I. About Cisdem PDFSign In modern business operations, signing agreements and contracts, filling forms, and posting stamps are nothing but common errands. To get these tasks done, people usually have to print the PDFs out, manually fill them out or sign them, and then have them digitalized using scanners, all of which are not that convenient and even can get your hands full in some cases. However our app, Cisdem PDFSign, is going to save you from that hole and make your business life much easier. Digitally adding digital signatures and pictures are completely doable on this program, plus several basic, yet practical, PDF viewing features can be found in this app; you can have all the work done with only your Mac and PDFSign. So kiss goodbye to your big and heavy printers and scanners, as you are about to have a fresh new start on your business life.

4 II. App Operating i. Importing Files After having Cisdem PDFSign launched on your computer, PDF files shall be added to this app, which can be done in three different ways. First one is dragging-n-dropping them into the app s main interface; another is right clicking on the main interface, select the Add Files, and then choose the files; the last one is tapping on the File on the menu bar and then select the Open in the list, and then pick the files. Files should be presented in the app after the process bars reach the end (For the sake of better editing experience, we have adjusted the app that only one file will be opened in a window. So if you have multiple PDF files successfully imported, multiple windows shall be simultaneously activated). Yet if you already have PDF files added in the app, and you want to load more of them, the first two ways are no longer options; only the third one still remains valid.

5 Given the way PDFs presented in this app, file deleting can easily be done by simply shutting that file s corresponding window. So if you need to removing multiple files from the app, you might have to perform that very maneuver repeatedly. ii. Zooming Two different document s texts may not be in the same font size, one s might be too large whereas the other s might be too tiny. So to have the best viewing experience, you can accordingly adjust the slider on the left lower corner. iii. Stamping Using stamping feature, you can handwrite on the page, very like freeform drawing with your finger on the trackpad or with your mouse. So it is perfect for signing signatures and filling out forms. 1. Click the Stamp on the Tools bar, and a window appears.

6 2. In that new window, you tap on the color box to select a favorable color for your signature and reposition the slider to adjust the broadness of every stroke. 3. In the window s grey area, use either your mouse or trackpad to sign your signature or write down whatever you need (like the picture underneath demonstrates). 4. If you need to erase parts of a signature because it is not as perfectly written as expected, you need to click the Eraser click on the Clear. and remove them; if you want to clear the area, you just need to 5. When you done signing, you need to click on the Save button on the right upper corner (When click on that button, the signature will be automatically saved in this utility for future uses). 6. You then need to move the stamp to the place where you want the signature to be and then left click on your mouse or trackpad to paste it.

When the signature is added, on the picture s left upper corner there are three buttons that respectively control deleting and rotation; if you want to alter the picture s size, simply dragging around the picture shadowed area on the right lower corner would do the trick nicely. iv. Adding Pictures Sometimes you may already have your signature scanned and stored on your computer and simply want use it rather than creating a new one, or just need have a picture added to the PDF, you can use the Add Image feature to do that. 1. Click on the Add Image on the Tools bar to activate this feature. 2. Select the picture that you want to use. 3. Reposition the picture loaded by dragging it around. 4. Click the if you want to rotate the image clockwise, the if you want to do it counterclockwise, or the if you just need to delete it. Note: Pictures once added to a PDF file, they are permanently saved in the app as stamps and stay visible and selectable in the Stamps for your future uses. v. Saving Output Files When you are done with editing the PDF files loaded, you need to export them to the place where you want them to be, which is also can be easily arranged in Cisdem PDFSign. 1. Click on the Save on the right upper corner. 2. In the window emerges, set the output file s name and the folder to which you want to save it.
