GENERAL PRINCIPLES Main functions of the real time module: - protection by authorized user and password - management of all parameters of system, of monitoring or measured, temperatures, pressures, fan speeds, extractor, switch-on - display of the parameters in Synoptic, Table, Graph modes - programs activation, auto play - record of parameters overtime in SQL database Main functions of the management module: - protection by authorized user and password - management of users and passwords - programs management for monitoring all system parameters - use of parameters records, graphic display - extraction in csv format for use by Excel Hardware: - standard PC inserted into the oven, USB-RS485 cable, RS485 network for data capture/control of parameters, devices (temperature, humidity controllers, frequency variator, inputoutput modules etc ) connected with RS485 network - local control on the oven and Ethernet connection for remote management of the system by LAN link 3/16

4 2. DESCRIPTION OF THE MANAGEMENT MODULE Enter the URL address to access to Supervision software from a remote computer. Home page: To access to the management module, you have to connect. 1. Enter your user/administrator name then your password. An administrator account was created to ensure your first connection: login = ADMIN, password = Once you are connected with this account, you are recommended to change the password in order to secure the access to the software. 2. Click on Connect. Now you are connected. NB: to disconnect, click on Disconnect Consult last events To view the list of recorded actions and alarms, click on Consult last events from the home page. The recorded events appear as a list sorted according to the date and hour. Click on Return to list to view the list of recordings. 4/16

5 2.2. Recordings management From the home page, click on Recordings management. This menu allows to edit, search for or delete records. Searching for a record: Enter the known parameters in the Search grey table at the top of the page, then click on Refresh so that only records corresponding to research parameters appear. Deleting a record: Click on the Delete corresponding to the record to delete. The deleted record does not appear in the list no more. Seeing details of a record: Click on the record number REC0001, REC0002. A line of records is created every 30 seconds. If you see a record in progress, think of updating the page by pushing the F5 key of your keyboard, in order to see the last lines of records. Consulting events: From the page of records data, click on Consult events so that actions and alarms list of the record appear. 5/16

6 Viewing recorded events as curves: From the page of records data, click on Graphical view. The screen then displays: Generating a csv file: 1. From the page of records data, click on Generate csv file. The screen then displays: The record number and its creation date are indicated. A csv file with record number as name has been generated in the csv_data folder. 2. Open the csv file with Excel. The functionalities of Excel allow you to see data as curves Programs management From the home page, click on Programs management. This menu allows to create, edit, modify, copy or delete programs. 6/16

7 The list of already created programs appears. Editing an existing program: Click on the program number PROG0001, PROG0002. Searching for a program: Enter the known parameters in the Search grey table at the top of the page, then click on «Refresh» so that only programs corresponding to research parameters appear. Deleting a program: Click on the Delete corresponding to the program to delete. The deleted program does not appear no more in the list. Copying a program: Click on the «Copy» corresponding to the program to copy. A new program, identical to the copied program, appears in the list. Creating a new program: 1. Click on «Create a new program». A window appears: 7/16

8 2. Click on «OK». The following window appears: The number of the program is automatically incremented PROG0001, followed by PROG0002 The name of the last person who updates the program, and the date and hour of the last update are indicated. The red and green tables present the parameters of the segment. «Alarms inhibited during this step»: tick this box so that the alarm (defaults) do not appear during the step (e.g.: so that the overheating alarm message does not appear during a cooling step). «Parameters links inhibited during this step»: if this box is not ticked, the program will wait for that all probes (control, product, mobiles ) reach the set point temperature of the segment to go to the next segment. 3. Click on Step 001 to define the first segment. NB: An edited segment is blue highlighted (001). 4. Fill in the red table (by updating, data are transcribed in the green table) or fill in the green table. Fill in the red table facilitates the operation if there are many parameters in the green table. Parameters End value Type of step Speed Duration Temperature, air change set points Description Speed ramp: reach the set point value according to a C/min rate. Duration ramp: reach the set point value at one time. Dwell: stabilisation of the set point value during at one period. Jump: the set point value is modified rough. Fill in only for a «speed ramp» step. Do not forget the «+» and «-» signs. Example: for a 10 C/min heating ramp, enter +10; for a 10 C/min cooling ramp, enter -10; Fill in only for «duration ramp» and «dwell» type steps. Enter a value in minutes. The boundary values of each parameter are indicated. 5. Click on Update all parameters or on Update. 6. Enter a description in the Description field in the top of the page, if desired, then click on the next Update description. 8/16

9 7. Click on Create a new step to create a new segment. You can delete a segment: select the segment to delete then click on Delete step X. After programming and before starting the program, it is advised to see and check the program as curves by clicking on Graphical view. Once the program is created, it appears in the already created programs list System management The System management menu is accessible only to administrators and super administrators. It includes 2 submenus: users and parameters managements. This menu also allows you to delete all the programs by clicking on Reset programs tables only if you are connected as super administrator. Attention: do not delete programs tables without the instructions of the company FRANCE ETUVES Users management This submenu allows to create new users, administrators and super administrators. 9/16

10 Creating a new user, administrator or super administrator: 1. Enter the name of the new user/administrator/super administrator. 2. Enter his password that must be included between 1000 and Tick the status box corresponding of the required status: user, administrator or super administrator. 4. Click on Create a new user to validate. The new user/administrator/super administrator appears in the table with his status and his password. Deleting a user or administrator: Click on the Delete corresponding to the user/administrator/super administrator to delete Parameters management To modify the parameter 1, click on the associated Word parameter. 12 3. DESCRIPTION OF THE REAL TIME MODULE The real time module is accessible from the control PC attached to the oven. To access to the Supervision software from the control PC attached to the oven, you have to connect. Connecting: 1. Click on Connect. A window appears: 2. Enter your user name and your password, then click on OK. 12/16

13 3.1. Starting a program 1. Click on Load program. A window appears: 2. In the list, select the program to load then click on Load program. A Start program key appears on the left side of the screen. 3. Click on Start program. A window appears: In the Program description field, the user can write for instance a detail that represents the treatment (lot number, operator in charge of the process ). This information will appear in the description of the record. 13/16

14 4. For an immediate starting of the program, click on Immediate start. or For a postpone starting of the program, enter the waiting time in minutes before the real starting of the program then click on Delayed start. The program is launched immediately or after the waiting time. The Start program key becomes Stop program, allowing to stop program at any time Other functionalities Access to the management module: Click on "Program editor". Consulting events: Click on Events to display the actions and alarms list of the program. A window appears: The Events key gets its contour green when there is no default in progress. It becomes red when a default is present and will become green only when the default is solved. Modifying the time scale of the graph: 1. Click on Time scale. 14/16

15 A window appears: 2. Select the desired scale in the drop-down list then click on «OK». The time scale is modified on the abscissa axis of the visualisation as a graph. Default s appearance: When a default is detected, a window displaying the default type appears: When a default is in progress, the Events key becomes red until the default is resolved. Quitting and disconnecting: Click on Disconnect allows to forbid the access to the control PC. The program is not stopped. The Exit key is accessible only if you are connected. Click on Exit closes the application and stops the program. 15/16

16 There are 3 types of views of oven s state: graphic view, parameters view and synoptic view. Graphic: Click on Graphic to see the oven s state as curves. Parameters: Click on Parameters to see the state of the parameters groups. The salmon-coloured parameters are modifiable (except when the program is in progress): Double-click on the parameter then enter the new value. Synoptic: Click on Synoptic to see the oven as a diagram. A schematic view appears. The measured and set point temperatures and the air change rate are displayed. The green-highlighted data are the set points; the red-highlighted ones are the measured values. 16/16
