7 Welcome to_cimon_mobile 1 7 Welcome to_cimon_mobile CIMON MOBILE is a program that develop project file and send it to Mobile client. CIMON MOBILE is composed of Mobile Designer and Mobile Server. CIMON X is the HMI software to engineer project, control and monitor systems in real time 1.1 Feature of Functions Visualization 1. Supports various picture objects (line, multi-curves, folium, circle, quadrangle, text, tag value, image) to develop project and it is easy to handle it. 2. Various tool functions (visible, color, tag value and etc.) are supported that makes user to

8 8 Mobile Designer monitor and control system with dynamic visualization. Real time control with displayed screen 1. Easy to monitor and control with displayed screen. (Double taps the screen to move pages, change states, write tag values and etc.) 2. Real time monitoring is possible with Wifi. In case of 3G, user can choose monitoring condition as Manual mode or Real-Time mode Security function supported 1. The user can access monitoring system through logging in with ID and Password. 2. The client which is not registered cannot control and monitor program. 3. All data frames for sending and receiving are decrypted and encrypted. Therefore, unauthorized one cannot access data. Alarms supported The user can check out alarm history. 1.2 Mobile option list (Key-lock) In order to run Mobile Designer and Mobile Server, Mobile option must be built into CIMON SCADA key-lock. 11 Mobile_Designer 2 11 Mobile_Designer Mobile Designer is a software that develop project and set up functions which will be shown on mobile screen Title bar Top Menu Standard Toolbar Drawing Toolbar Page View Font Toolbar Color Toolbar Status bar Running condition To start Mobile Designer, SCADA key lock which has Mobile Server Option must be plug in USB port and CimonX is running. When you run Mobile Designer in advance, Cimon X will be run automatically. (However, it is recommended that Cimon X should be run before Mobile Designer )

12 12 Mobile Designer You can start Mobile Designer through Start > Program > CIMON > Mobile Designer After Mobile Designer is run, open project at Cimon X through [File] > [Open Project] 2.2 Menu File - New Page Create new page - Open Page Open saved page - New Project Create new project according to below settings. - Open Project Open saved project - Save Page Save the page you have developed so far.

13 Mobile_Designer - 13 Save as Page Save the page as other page name. - Save All Save all activated pages. - Exit Close the Mobile Designer. If there is page left which is not saved yet, dialog window asked saving page pops up. Edit - Undo Cancel the work and reverse its effect - Copy Copy the selected object in Clip board. - Cut Remove object from screen and copy and hold it in Clip board - Paste Insert copied or cut object from Clip board to screen. - Delete Delete object from screen without saving. - All Select Select all objects which are shown on page. - Standard Toolbar View Icon menu for easy developing object.

14 14 Mobile Designer - Status Toolbar It is shown at the bottom of project window and indicate project route. - Drawing Toolbar It is different types of tool for drawing objects. - Color Toolbar Color collection is shown at the bottom of project window. - Language English and Korean can be selected. Tool - Server Execute

15 Mobile_Designer 15 It is used to download project file to Mobile Server. In order to run Mobile Server, Project, Tag registration and Network set up in advance. - Project It is used before downloading project file to Mobile Server (Server Execute) Set up project configuration - Tag registration When Mobile Server runs, Cimon X will bring real tag values. Real tag values must be registered in Tag registration in advance. Alarm can be set up with those tags. - Network This is used to set up communication between Mobile Server and mobile client. - User Registration When Alarm is ON or OFF, SCADA sends SMS to registered user. In order to use SMS, User s information should be registered at User Registration - Alarm The user can assign certain tags from CimonX as alarm tags. Only registered alarm tag can save alarm history. - SMS Configuration SMS device should be setup at SMS Configuration in order to send SMS to registered user. - Mobile Designer Help Help information about Mobile Designer. - Mobile Designer About Logo pops up. If Key-lock is not plugged in PC, there will be NONE notice at the bottom of Logo.

18 18 3 Mobile Designer Mobile Server Mobile Server is the application program that makes communication with mobile client based on project file made by Mobile Designer. Running condition of Mobile Server Cimon X must run with Mobile Server just like Mobile Designer. If Key-lock is not plugged in PC, Mobile Server will run in 30mins only. In order to run Mobile Server, Project, Tag registration and Network set up at Mobile Desginer in advance Project Setting Tag registration Network Setting

20 20 4 Mobile Designer Project Project which will be shown on screen for client is developed by Mobile Designer software. In order to edit or set up objects, project will be opened first. You can open project file at Mobile Designer through [File] à [Open Project]. There is route folder name at the bottom of window. Create New Project In order to create new project, click [File] à [New Project] - Workspace: primary folder route to save project folder. Project Name: Project folder is saved under Primary folder. Project Configuration Click [tool] à [Project] or F9. Below window will show up. If Not control, only monitoring available is selected as below picture, Mobile client cannot control project. Mobile Client can change pages and monitor projects only.

21 Project 21 - Workspace It is used to determine project route folder and project file downloading to mobile client. Mobile Server will send all files from project folder which is located in Workspace to mobile client. - Starting Page It is used to select first page which will be shown on mobile screen. - Logo Image It is used to register project Logo. Project Logo will appear on mobile device for a while before starting monitor downloaded project at Monitoring Page.

23 Monitoring Controlling Window 5 23 Monitoring Controlling Window You can develop a project which will be shown on mobile screen with Mobile Designer. In order to develop a project on page, open or create project. In advance Create New Page Click [File] > [New Page] to create new page. Open Page Click [File] > [Open Page] to open existed page. When you click [Open Page], you can see the window as below; You can select page file to open and edit. The below page is opened when MAIN.pgl is selected as example. If page file is located in project folder correctly, you can see the page name as red circle.

24 24 Mobile Designer If opened page is not in project folder properly, whole folder route will be shown as below; In this case, move page file to correct project folder and save it.

25 Monitoring Controlling Window 5.1 Drawing and Selecting an Object In order to make objects on page, start to select object from Drawing Toolbar. Line, Multi-Line It is used to draw line or multi-line. 1. Put mouse at the starting point on the page. 2. Click left button of mouse and drag it to where you want to make a line. 3. Release left button of mouse when it is done. Rectangle, Circle It is used to draw rectangle or circle. 1. Put mouse at the starting point where you want to make rectangle. 2. Click left button of mouse and drag it to where you want to make a rectangle. 3. Release left button of mouse when it is done. Polygon It is used to draw polygon. 1. Put mouse at the starting point on the page. 2. Click left button of mouse and release. 3. Drag mouse where you want to make a line. 4. Click left button of mouse again when it is done. 5. In order to make continuous line, repeat No.3 and No.4 6. Double click at the last line to finish drawing. Text It is used to write text. 1. Put mouse at the starting point on the page. 2. When you click left button, Write Text window will appear on page. 3. Click OK after writing text. Tag Value It is used to display tag value on the page. 1. Put mouse at the starting point on the page. 2. When you click left button, Write Tag Name window will appear on page. 3. Click OK after writing tag name. Image It is used to show certain image on the page. 1. Put mouse at the starting point on the page. 2. When you click left button of mouse on the page, you can select image file. 3. Click Open after selecting image. 25

26 26 Mobile Designer Select It is used to select object on the page. 1. Click left button of mouse on the object 2. In order to select more than one object, click left button of mouse as pressing Shift key. 3. In order to select all objects on the page, press Ctrl + A on keyboard. 5.2 Page Configuration The Page Configuration is used to decide page size which will be shown on mobile client. Click the right button of mouse in View page > [Page Property] > Page Configuration

27 Monitoring Controlling Window 27 Size Max. size is 500 X 650 pixel. If you want to make the same size with iphone, click Fix To iphone. Style It is used to choose background color. 5.3 Object Configuration After drawing object, click the right button of mouse then go to Property to set up Object Configuration.

28 28 Mobile Designer You can make object effect by Setting. Style It is used to make object s style such as width, height, line thickness and etc. Visible It is used to make object appeared or disappeared according to tag condition. Change Color It is used to change the color of object according to tag s condition. Touch It is used to make object worked as touch button when it is double touched. Text It is used to write text. Tag Value It is used with only Tag Value in Drawing Toolbar that can change tag name.

29 Monitoring Controlling Window Controls detail Configuration Visible Visible function makes object visible or invisible according to tag value. Tag Name Tag Name must be the same with one which is existed in CIMON-X because tag name is used for communication between Mobile client and Mobile Server

30 30 Mobile Designer Condition Off: If Condition Off is selected, object will be visible when Tag value becomes 0.. On: If Condition On is selected, object will be visible when Tag value becomes 1. Change Color It changes object s colors according to tag value. Color Item1 & 2 The user can set up color and condition. Color Item 2 is primary setup. Therefore, if Color Item 1 and 2 meet the condition at the same time, Color Item2 will be setup. Tag Value Comparison operator is set up at Picture No.1.(<,<=, =, >=, >) Tag value is set up is set up at Picture No.2

31 Monitoring Controlling Window 31 Ex) Tag Name: ANA2 Tag value : <=, 50 In this case, when ANA2 s tag value becomes 50 or less, color will be changed. Touch Touch function assigns object to operate as Page Replace, Write Tag value and Write Digital Tag value by double taps. Page Replace It is used when operator want to change the pages by double taps object. The user assign the name of page in Page Replace. Page name will be written without Extension name. Writing Tag value

32 32 Mobile Designer It is used when operator wants to write text or analog tag value. The user can set up Tag Name and Writing Value. If user does not set up any value at Writing Value, user can set up this in mobile device by double taps. Writing Digital Tag value It is used when operator wants to write tag value in mobile device by double taps.

33 Monitoring Controlling Window The user can set up Tag Name and Writing Value. Reset: Tag value 0 Set: Tag value 1 Toggle: Tag value will be "1" when it is "0", and vice versa. 33

35 Tag Registration 6 35 Tag Registration Tag Registration Mobile Server only read and deliver tag value which is registered at Tag Registration to Mobile device. Therefore, all tags which are used to set alarm or displayed on mobile screen to clients must be registered at Tag Registration. Configuration Mobile Designer : Click [Tool] > [Tag Registration] You can see the below Tag Registration window.

36 36 Mobile Designer You can see all tags list which are in CimonX at Tag List in CimonX. In order to register tags, double click tags at Tag List in CimonX or select tags at Tag List in CimonX and click move tags to Tag List in Cimon Mobile. to In contrast, in order to remove registered tags from Tag List in Cimon Mobile, double click tags at Tag List in Cimon Mobile or select tags at Tag List in Cimon Mobile and click tags to Tag List in CimonX. to remove

38 38 7 Mobile Designer Network Network Configuration is used to set up communication parameter between Mobile Server and Mobile client. Network Configuration can be set up after opening project and it must be done before running Mobile Server. [Tool] -> [Network] Comm. Port Setting Write PC s address at Local IP Address. This address will be used at Mobile client to connect to Mobile Server. (Refer to below picture)

39 Network 39 Write Port No. at Mobile Server Port No. This port number will be used at Mobile client to connect to Mobile Server. (Refer to below picture)

40 40 Mobile Designer Node Setting This is used to communicate with only registered Mobile client when Mobile Server executes. Select Use Node in order to use this function. If Use Node is not selected, all mobile clients can access the Server. In order to register Mobile client, click New Node as below; Tap Send this device information to server in your mobile device as below;

41 Network 41 After sending node information to server from Mobile device, you will receive Node ID at Node settings as below. Write Node Name and click OK to finish New Node registration.

43 User Registration 8 43 User Registration [User Registration] is used to send SMS to user when Alarm event occurs. In other words, user should register phone number at [User Registration] [Tool] -> [User Registration] <Picture 1. User Configuration> Add Group It is used to make User s group. User can register some users under a group. Write a Group Name and click [OK] <Picture 2. Add Group>

44 44 Mobile Designer <Picture 3. Group added> Add User It is used to add users in a group. There are ID, Name Telephone number, Group and description. Among all the menus, you have to register Name and Telephone number. If you did not select anything or select DEFAULT at Group, it will be registered at the top of route folder.

48 48 9 Mobile Designer Alarm This function is used that registered tags save Alarm history and help mobile device to download alarm history. [Tool] -> [Alarm] <Picture 1.> Add It is used to add tags for Alarm. You can set up tag name, condition and user message in Add Alarm. [User Select] is used to select user who will receive SMS when alarm happens. In order to use [User Select], User Registration and SMS Configuration are setup in advance. User Registration : [Tool] -> [User Registration] SMS Configuration : [Tool] -> [User Configuration] Select Same as Alarm Off as Picture 2, if user wants to receive SMS when Alarm is ON and Alarm is OFF. (if Same as Alarm Off is not selected, user will receive SMS only if Alarm is ON)

50 50 Mobile Designer Edit It is used to edit tags. Click [OK] to save data after editing tags.. Remove It is used to delete tags. Click [OK] to save data after removing tags. Apply selected item to all If you click one of Tag at Alarm List as Picture 1, [Apply selected item to all] is activated. When you click this, selected tag s configuration is copied and pasted to all other tags. As a result, other tags will become the same configuration with selected tag.

52 52 10 Mobile Designer SMS Configuration [SMS Configuration] is used to send SMS when Alarm event occurs. In other words, in case that Alarm is On or Off, SMS will be sent according to SMS. (CDMA Modem : BSM856, Web service : NUNAURI available at the moment) [Tool] > [SMS Configuration] <Picture 1. CDMA Modem(BSM856) SMS Setting> Sender Tel No. Write Sender s phone number which is given by Telephone company. Use It is selected when you want to send SMS by CDMA modem. CRM Select available Telephone company.

55 Cimon App in IPhoneIPad 11 Cimon App in IPhoneIPad Cimon Mobile Package includes Cimon App which can access the Mobile Server. Through Cimon App, Mobile clients can monitor and control SCADA system. Cimon App can be installed in IPhone or IPad which has over ios 4.2. Cimon App Installation Go to App Store in IPhone or IPad. Search Cimon as below. 55

57 Cimon App in IPhoneIPad Server List and Connection Configuration Server List shows all Mobile Servers that have been connected so far. In case that you have to monitor and control system with several Mobile server operating, you do not have to set up IP, Port No. and etc. again. You just go to Server List and select server you want to monitor.

58 58 Mobile Designer Add Configuration Remove Configuration Open Monitoring Page Open Connection Configuration Add Configuration & Detail Configuration It is used to set up parameter for accessing the Mobile Server or register Node with Mobile Designer. Detail Configuration In order to access Mobile Server, IP, Port and other parameters must be set up at Connection Setting as below.

59 Cimon App in IPhoneIPad 59 - Address Write IP address of Mobile Server or Domain Name. Refer to Network manual for detailed information. - Use Domain In case of using Domain, select Use Domain for settings. - Port Write Port number that is used in Mobile Server. Refer to Network manual for detailed information. - Time Period (for Second) It is used to set up communication speed. Response period will be longer as period number is getting bigger. This function should be used to save telecommunication (3G) fee. Add Configuration In order to access Mobile Server, ID and Password must be set up at Certification Setting as below.

60 60 Mobile Designer - ID and Password It is used to log in Mobile Server. ID must be the same one with CimonX. You can check this ID in CimonD through [Tools] > [Security]. Refer to below picture. - Send this device information to server It is used to register Client Node with Mobile Designer Refer to Network manual for detailed information.

61 Cimon App in IPhoneIPad 61 In case of Project Setting, it is not necessary to set up User Setting Name Write Server name at User Setting Name. It will be shown on Server List to find out server you want to monitor. - Clear all previous sync. It is used when project file downloaded from Mobile Server has a problem or User wants to download all project files again. It will initialize all files which are downloaded before. - Syncronize project files It is used to download project made by Mobile Designer that will be shown on Monitoring Page in Cimon App. Monitoring Page Monitoring Page executes project file which is developed by Mobile Designer. User can monitor and control project on Monitoring page. Project will be shown on screen after downloading project file through Connection Configuration.

62 62 Mobile Designer Monitoring Page control All project value on Monitoring Page is operated by double taps. 3G & Wifi condition. Project will be operated with Real-Time mode, if mobile is wifi. When you tap Monitoring Page in 3G condition, Network message will pop up as below.

63 Cimon App in IPhoneIPad 63 - Real-Time Mode If Real-Time Mode is selected, Monitoring Page will communicate with Mobile Server in real time except Connection Configuration and Alarm History If there are any modifications or changed tag values at Mobile Server, Monitoring Page will show automatically in real time. However, there will be extra cost for 3G. - Manual Mode If Manual Mode is selected, Monitoring Page will communicate with Mobile Server as you control project in Monitoring Page. After few seconds, Navigation bar (Manual Mode) will be appeared automatically at the top of the Monitoring Page and connection is stopped.

64 Mobile Designer Alarm History Alarm History shows alarms which are recorded so far. If you tap Alarm History, it starts download alarm history from Mobile Server. Alarms are saved as date. If you tap one of alarm lists, you can see Alarm History Detail.

68 68 12 Mobile Designer Sample Demo Select [C:/CimonMobile] > [SAMPLE] You can find out Demo sample SCADA_DEMO_V210 which is made by CIMON-SCADA2.10. Execute CimonD When selecting SCADA_DEMO_V210.prj, Picture1 shows as below. In order to use monitoring this project, setting will be done as follows. (The necessary setting is already done at sample project. However, IP address will be setup according to the user s PC IP as Picture4.) <Picture 1> Sample screen of SCADA_DEMO_V210 FEP Setting. When selecting [Tools] > [Network] in CimonD, Picture2 shows as follows. Select [FEP]

After Project setting, develop page that shows on mobile device. There is page in IPHONE_DEMO that will communicate with SCADA_DEMO_V210 project. When selecting [File] > [Open page] > [main.pgl], Picture13 will be appeared as below.
