2 WinClient (WinC) Changes Version Description Change Add an option to app.xml which forces a jump to the Document type node inside the Tree view when clearing Index fields. Fix Problem solved with Process management Auto action Delay (prompt for Date). Process filtering issue solved. Hitlist printing issue solved. Refresh behavior fixed when a new document is added per Drag n Drop and the Inbox is open. In Edit mode you had to click 2 times on the pin to open the Memo field. 6 Web Service (Server) Changes Version Description Fix DocTypeViews configuration showed multiple separators in case of group dependencies. An Index field configured as Keyword and filled by an ODBC source was not populated when read by OCR. A sub-domain admin was not able to cancel a document on a process. Problem fixed when moving a document from a Mailbox document type into a revisioning doctype from within the Process management. Problem solved with client launch attachment (FDCF) name. Process management linked attachment issue fixed. ODBC Index import with empty date field issue fixed in Process management. Process management User action referring to previous users after timeout didn t work as expected. Add an option to web.config which allows to filter cabinets. Oracle: Retrieving documents created with pre FileDirector 3.0 versions fixed. LDAP Accounts importer missed links between groups in very complex scenarious. Problem solved when using a Global counter. Variable Field filters were not working as expected. Optimized handling of deleted documents in Replication scenarios. A Document type change on a process and a sub-sequential Auto action Set field to value could result in a Column not found message. Using a : in passwords with Basic authentication caused a server exception. Cancellation of pending documents could cause a reference left behind inside the UserDocs table. Scheduler start after midnight fixed. Depending on activities performed on a document, the indication in Revision info could be incorrect Change Cabinets without a container configuration are no longer logged with a warning on a Container scheduler run. The File import scheduler using OCR now treats files in the Import root directory the same as files in Sub directories. Support for ProcessCheckInStartProcess switch added in web.config. Improvement of slow document retrieval performance when a document is split over multiple Sub-IDs in a Storage location. Fix A linked document remains checked out by the fd-server account if the process finishes with a link to another process. If a search contains results which are completely removed (due to Document rights) then the WinClient doesn t show the message No matches found. It was not possible to create new keywords on check-in when multiple selectable Keyword lists are used which are also allowed for manually typed input. Problem solved when sending an with the Process management auto action and the FROM value was taken from an Index field. Security settings on TreeNodes could result in an exception. The UserDocs table was purged in error when doing a Structure synchronization. The Document replication could fail depending on the document s size Fix Import problem with empty numeric fields solved. A deleted user with documents in his Inbox caused an error when sending the Process notification. Problem solved with Keyword list ODBC shortcuts. Embedded annotations created by an old viewer version caused problems when viewing the document Change New COLD format (PDF without embedded overlay) added (requires also new Enterprise Manager and WinClient). License is now instantly released after closing a session. Fix Problem fixed when using Process management check-in and instant fulltext. Wrong FROM address in customized user notification mail fixed. Process management export of documents didn t support multiple field contents as PDF filename. 7 Access denied message when changing a Document type from Post index to regular without Full access. DocTypeViews separator issue fixed. The fd-admins access is now possible without any scan licence. Problem fixed in Process Management when an index field should be set from ODBC. Fix Sending a new document on 2 processes with instant fulltext enabled resulted in a checked-out document. Problem fixed when changing a document type in Process Management before doing an export. LastLoginOn and LoginCount was not updated correctly. RemoveDuplicateODBCKeywords added as an option in web.config to trim for keywords from ODBC. Fix Problem fixed with Process Management user from ODBC. Problem fixed in Info search when using date range search on internal fields. New Keyword list in EM with ID ffffffff returned all keywords. Problem fixed with multiple Send to user document steps. Problem fixed when searching for multiple keywords with an equal operator Change WinClient was not informed about a cabinet logo change. Improved handling of old documents created with FileDirector versions <= 1.2 during container verification. Added an option in web.config which allows multiple referenced documents in the Process Management function Set field to value. Fix Problems fixed when using ODBC links with more than one ODBC Search mapping (AND search). When using the /ScanStation mode in the WinClient only a regular license got allocated. Wrong default value could result in not updating LastModifiedBy correctly. Under some configurations Document Info shows temporally wrong Process Management next Action response. Under some configurations the security check on global counter actions was too tight Change Support for extended tree rights added. Additional info is logged now on hitlist search. Regular users can now update unprotected settings entries. Fix Oracle: Problem with empty comments in Process Management actions fixed. Process Management Set field to value problem fixed. Recursion detection in Process Management fixed. Oracle cabinet upgrade fixed. Some PDF files were not imported correctly by the file import scheduler.

8 Problem fixed with FDConfig creation on Oracle. Apostrophe was quoted twice in search. Problem fixed when removing a group from a sub domain. Problem fixed when more than one auto start process was available which contain a field condition at start. Problem fixed when changing document type in scheduler on auto start. The status of an already checked out document was not correctly visible for another user Change Support for some audit log files saved by pre 3.0 FileDirector versions. Fix ODBC in Process Management auto action sometimes failed. Process Management export and Convert to PDF returned one PDF for each page. Process Management Send to user with a user name set from field failed. After changing group membership of LDAP accounts and running Account Import scheduler some user entry memberships were not fully resolved. Problem fixed when removing a Client Configuration Fix Under some conditions process rights were not correctly deleted. Field filter behavior was not always compatible to pre 3.0 FileDirector versions. Adding an already existing user again to the Doc rights caused an exception. Adding a user of an already existing group to the Doc rights caused an exception. Problem fixed when changing index data via Process Management auto action of a referenced document. Setting Doc rights in WinC could result in invalid rights set. Autostart of a process could result in a checked-out document under some conditions Change Changed Error to Warning if a document was cancelled on a process but was no longer on it. Improved handling of invalid configurations in File Import scheduler. Fix ODBC import problem fixed in Process Management auto action. ODBC resolution problem fixed in File Import scheduler. Now a search for empty values is allowed. Fix Search issue using Index Import scheduler and.csv files fixed. ODBC resolution didn't work when search value contained a blank. Wrong thumbnail created when using File Import scheduler with sub directory and Convert to PDF/A option enabled. Send in Process Management user action didn't always work Change Process Management updated. Support for import of a particular 2.5.x cabinet structure added. File Import scheduler now works on any tree level. Field content for files is now interpreted by File Import scheduler. Support for UseLegacyODBCResult switch added in web.config. Fix OCRDetails were not returned to client if page was individually selected and revised. Problem fixed when the File Import scheduler importing directories containing only EDocs.

9 Handling of Must change password required one additional licence. Sending Process Management with Convert to PDF option enabled sent mail without attachment when EDocs were used.
