Also the operation of the ComfortTouch App is explained briefly. The ComfortTouch App can be used to operate the following devices: Busch / (CP/U 9.3.1) 8136/ (CP/U 9.4.1) Busch / (CP/U ) 8136/ (CP/U ) The ComfortTouch App 1.1 only functions with devices on which at least firmware version has been installed. Ebene/A - F/Bestimmungsgemäßer Intended use Pos: 9 /BJE/Layout bis /Online-Dokumentation (+KNX)/Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch/KNX/KNX-Sensorik/ ComfortPanel/Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch - ComfortTouch @ 1 The Busch- is a central switching and monitoring location for the building automation with control, monitoring and visualisation functions for numerous devices and media within a building. The Busch- serves as a safe and convenient control within the living area. The Busch- and the ComfortTouch app are designed for use in a local network. Up to eight terminal devices can be logged into the Busch- with the ComfortTouch app. Note Access to the Busch- with the ComfortTouch app is also possible from outside a local network, e.g. via the Internet. For safety reasons the setup of a VPN access is recommended. For the setup of a VPN access please contact your system administrator. This does not apply for access via cloud, see chapter 5 Commissioning with cloud connection on page 9. Attention Danger due to unauthorized access Danger due to unauthorized access to the unsecured Web interface on the Busch-. Via unsecured enabling of ports 80 and 443 unauthorized persons can gain access to the Web interface on the Busch-. Do not enable ports 80 and 443 for the public network (e.g. the Internet) via the port forwarding function of a router! Ebene/U - Z/Voreinstellung am Default setting on the Busch- Pos: 14 /BJE/Layout bis /Online-Dokumentation (+KNX)/Voreinstellung/KNX/KNX-Aktorik/ComfortPanel @ 1 A default setting in the Busch- can be used to specify the applications and control elements that are to appear in the ComfortTouch app. This default setting is to be made by the electrical installer via the panel's project planning software. However, there is also the option of making these settings directly on the panel if the "Web interface" has been activated. Please consult your electrical installer. The Busch- must be activated! 1. Load the ComfortTouch App from the store onto the mobile terminal device. Please scan in the following QR code with the terminal device: Fig. 1: QR code for the ComfortTouch App The QR code can also be called up via the Busch- (System -> Device information -> Mobile settings). 2. After the successful installation the icon for the ComfortTouch App is displayed on the desktop of the terminal device. Fig. 2: Icon for the ComfortTouch App 3. Open the ComfortTouch App. Note... Steps 4. and 5. are only required when the Busch- has not been automatically detected via the UPNP function. If automatic detection was successful, you can continue directly with step 6. on page 7. 6 Commissioning without cloud connection 4. An input field appears for the IP address of the panel. The IP address can be also be requested on the Busch- via System -> Device information. 8 Commissioning without cloud connection 8. After confirming the message, a message with a PIN code is displayed on the Busch- angezeigt. Enter the displayed PIN code on the terminal device. Commissioning of the ComfortTouch App is now complete. 4.2 Changes on the Busch- During the first transmission all data (also room views, for example) are transmitted to the ComfortTouch App. If changes have been made to the configuration (project upload from an IP-Project) of a Busch- that is connected with the ComfortTouch App, these data are transmitted automatically. Exceptions here are, for example, room views. For this the app must be commissioned anew according to chapter "Installation and coupling with the Busch- ". Ebene/G - L/Inbetriebnahme mit Commissioning with cloud connection Pos: 20 /BJE/Layout bis /Online-Dokumentation (+KNX)/Einrichtung/KNX/KNX-Aktorik/ComfortPanel 3.0/8136-MobileApp/Inbetriebnahme mit Information The myabb Living Space portal is a service (cloud service) from ABB at a charge. The portal offers the highest in operating comfort for remote access with smartphone and tablet. The end customer does not need DynDNS access. A connection is established by registering and logging in at myabb Living Space. An activation on the Busch- is necessary beforehand by your electrical installer. myabb Living Space serves as exchange between the local Busch- and the mobile terminal device. Usage data and system states are neither stored nor can they be accessed by Busch-Jaeger. The data-exchange between myabb Living Space and the Busch-, or the mobile terminal device is encrypted per TLS and the entire communication is additionally encrypted end-to-end. The Busch-ComfortTouch App must be installed on the mobile device. This is used to log into myabb Living Space and the connection to the Busch Prerequisites Registration at the portal. Note Use the Help system for clarification during the login. Smartphone / tablet with installed Busch-ComfortTouch App (minimum version (ios), (Android)) Only compatible with ios app from Version 8.0 or higher Only compatible with Android app from Version 4.0 or higher Busch- with installed Firmware from Version Mobile data rate with a connection of at least 3G Internet connection with at least DSL 6.000/500 (download/upload) 5.3 Connection of the Busch- with cloud Only the connection needs to be activated on the Busch- (system system settings cloud services connect). This can also be used to separate the connection. 5.4 Login of the mobile terminal device at the portal (cloud service) Note First the connection (cloud service) must have been activated in the Busch-. Also a registration must have been carried out for the Busch- at myabb Living Space. 1. Start the Busch-ComfortTouch App. 2. Change to the panel overview by tapping on the arrow. Connect the corresponding panel by tapping on the cloud icon. 4. Enter your access data to the portal. The connection is now displayed in the panel selection of the app (Cloud icon with a tick). 16 Setup 6.3 Adding pages (room views) 1. Open the fold-down menu (swap menu) via the icon at the bottom edge of the monitor. Fig. 18: Opening the swap menu 2. Tip on the following icon. 17 Setup 6.4 Adding room images You can add room images to each page. The room images can be selected from the gallery of the mobile device or created with the camera of the mobile device. 1. Select the page into which you want to insert the room image. 2. Tip on (+). 3. Select the desired source for the room image: Selecting a photo: Selection of the room image from the gallery of the mobile device. Select the desired room image. Close and open the ComfortTouch App to open the panel selection (see Chapter 4.1 Installation and coupling with the Busch- on page 5) Fig. 24: Panel selection 2. The ComfortTouch app must have been set up according to see chapter 6 Setup on page 11. The icon system makes the operation of the elements self-explanatory. The operation is adapted to the operation of the Busch-. Note On terminal devices with the Apple ios operating system you need to swipe with two fingers to change the pages. On terminal devices with the Android operating system you only need to swipe with one finger to change the pages. 7.2 Selection of the view There are a variety of views that can be called up (see Fig. 26). Tap on the arrow in the top left of the dashboard to call up the view selection ( ). The following selection opens. Tap on the desired view. 22 Operation "Floor plan" view The floor plan is the view of the rooms of a storey. Tapping on a room opens the associated view of the room. Icon Colour Status White The connection between the ComfortTouch App and the Busch- is established. Grey The connection between the ComfortTouch App and the Busch- is interrupted. When the connection between the ComfortTouch App and the Busch- is interrupted, one can still change between the pages in the App. However, no command telegrams can be transmitted when the connection is interrupted.
