1 My Digital Basecamp Learning App for BASF employees Quick Guide for Android and ios The following manual guides you through the installation and registration process of the learning app on a mobile device (Android and ios). Access to the learning app: here. BASF employees can also use this learning offer on the intranet as a web app: Note: The app contains links to the BASF intranet. 3 1. Instructions for Android 1.1. Download and installation of the app Step 1: There are two options available. Option A: via Play Store Step 1 Open Google Play Store on your smartphone. 4 Step 2 Tap on Install and wait for the app to download. The installation process may take a few minutes. Step 3 After the download is completed, open the app. Choose your preferred language. Tap on "Continue". BASF SE Quick Guide My Digital Basecamp October /12

5 Option B: via QR code Corporate Smartphone Samsung Galaxy A8: Start the QR code reader of your device. Therefore, please open the internet browser and then tap the icon with the three dots in the upper right corner. Tap on Extensions and activate QR code reader. Go back to menu and tap on Scan QR code. Alternatively, go to the phone workspace: In the Google Play Store workspace, search for QR Code Reader and install the app. Scan the QR code with your smartphone and continue with point 1.2 of the instruction Registration Step 1 After you installed and opened the app you see a login screen. 6 Step 2 A pop-up window is shown. You will receive confirmation via . It may take a few minutes for the to arrive. Follow the link in the registration and click on Register Now. Step 3 Type in a nickname and a password of your choice. Pay attention to the shown password instructions. The password is required to include at least one upper-case as well as one lower-case letter, one numerical digit, and one special character. Overall it needs to consist of eight characters or more. 7 Step 4 A pop-up window as confirmation for your registration will appear. 8 2. Instructions for ios (Apple) 2.1. Download and Installation of the app Step 1 Scan the QR code with Camera app. Tap on Open onelink.to in Safari. Then tap on Install. Tap on Install. BASF SE Quick Guide My Digital Basecamp October /12

9 Step 2 Press the home button. Look for the app icon as shown below. Tap on it so that My Digital Basecamp will be downloaded and installed. The installation process may take a few minutes. Open the My Digital Basecamp app. If there is no error message, the installation was successful. If not, tap on Cancel. Step 3 Open Settings. Tap on General, then tap on Device Management. 10 Step 4 Tap on BASF Corporation below the Enterprise App tab. Tap on Trust BASF Corporation. You installed the app successfully Registration Step 1 After you installed the app and opened it you see a login screen. Tap on "Register". Type in your business BASF address. Tap on "Register".
