We are providig a rage of trasactio maagemet ad commercial services to assist i egotiatios, icludig the evaluatio of proposals ad the preparatio of a appropriate agreemet with the existig ower/operator. Adelaide Supreme Court Redevelopmet SOUTH AUSTRALIA The South Australia (SA) Departmet of Treasury ad Fiace ivestigated redevelopmet of Adelaide s heritage-listed Supreme Court facilities for a PPP delivery. The Departmet s Projects Aalysis Brach appoited the P3 Alliace, cosistig of Thic, Erst & Youg ad Currie & Brow as advisers to the redevelopmet. Thic was egaged to play a critical role i this project, workig as advisers to cosortium leader ABN AMRO ad subsequetly hadlig the bid ad egotiatio phases to fiacial close as well as the desig ad costructio phases. Thic was resposible for maagig overall project delivery obligatios for ABN AMRO while esurig the NT Govermet s project requiremets were achieved. Brisbae North South Bypass (Clem Joes) Tuel QUEENSLAND Thic was appoited as part of the Brisbae City Coucil Project Office for the project maagemet of the feasibility stage of this major ifrastructure PPP developmet. We acted as Project Systems Coordiator ad Maager durig the feasibility stage of the project. This was a essetial role to eable the large ad complex feasibility project team, which ivolved up to 40 differet cosultats, to fuctio effectively i order to achieve the project timelie.
