2 1.0 INTRODUCTION GNPOC is embarkig o a itegrated computerized ERP system. Oe of the tasks required for this exercise is the restructurig of the database of potetial bidders for GNPOC teders. The Vedor Listig Datasheet is oe of the tools for gatherig data for the bidder list i a structured maer. All GNPOC Ivitatio To-Bids (ITB s) produced subsequet to the ERP o-lie date will be issued oly to vedors listed i the ERP database. However, GNPOC reserves the right to issue ITB s to vedors short-listed from this list. 2.0 GENERAL Vedor is advised to read ad uderstad the cotets of this user guide. This is to esure that the Vedor Listig Datasheet is filled-up correctly for subsequet upload ito GNPOC computerized database. The iformatio requested i the datasheet is subject to chage. As such, vedor is strogly ecouraged to check for updates i GNPOC Web Page at ( Ay chages i the datasheet are at the sole discretio of the VDMS Uit i GNPOC. 3.0 NEW APPLICATION a. The purpose of the datasheet is to exhibit the Vedor s compay itegrity ad capability. Vedor is ecouraged to submit ay supportig documet such as registratios with professioal bodies, audit reports, recogitios etc. All attachmets shall comply with the requiremets i the documet checklist. b. Vedor ca apply for listig to ot more tha 10 (te) secodary categories of MSSC (Material & Services Stadard Categories). c. Datasheet dowloaded/prited from GNPOC website ad completed, shall be submitted by the followig methods: - By Postal Service: Submit the completed datasheet to GREATER NILE PETROLEUM OPERATING COMPANY LIMITED CONTRACTS SECTION, ROOM 204 CONTRACTS, PURCHASING AND LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT (CPL) LEVEL 2 KHARTOUM TOWER GAMHOURIA ST PO. 3 4.0 RENEWAL AND MSSC ADDITION a. A ew listig is valid for a period of 3 (three) years, after which a vedor will be put o hold status ad will ot be icluded i ay bidder list. Vedor is ecouraged to reew its listig by as early as 4 (four) moths before the expiry of its listig period. b. Applicatio for MSSC additio is differet from the applicatio for reewal of listig. Vedor ca apply for 3 (three) additioal secodary level categories of MSSC per year by sedig a applicatio letter which shall iclude: - Justificatios for additioal categories. - Proof for justificatios i.e.: i). ii). iii). iv). Partership documets. Assigmet letter as sole aget. Purchase proof of ew equipmet. Others. 5.0 GUIDELINES FOR MSSC (MATERIAL & SERVICES STANDARD CATEGORIES) a. The MSSC is divided ito 2 (two) sectios: 1. Supply of materials (desigated by Secodary Levels 01 to 59). 2. Provisio of services (desigated by Secodary Levels 61 to 99). Vedor shall idetify the types of Materials/Services as provided for i the MSSC. b. Both MSSC sectios are divided ito 2 (two) levels: 1. Primary Level e.g C3 Costructio Equipmet 2. Secodary Level e.g 61 Earthmovers c. Vedor may propose ew MSSC categories, which are ot available i the MSSC. However, the decisio to iclude the proposed category i the MSSC is at the sole discretio of the VDMS Uit i GNPOC. Page 3 of 5

4 6.0 NOTIFICATION TO VENDORS a. Vedor will be otified of successful listig through postal service or fax. b. Vedor ca apply for MSSC additio oly after 4 (four) moths from the date of the first ad ay subsequet listigs. c. The decisio to iclude Vedor i GNPOC listig is at the sole discretio of GNPOC. GNPOC will decide whether the Vedor provided iformatio is sufficiet or to sed clarificatios to Vedor. d.
