He is the Maagig Director of the firm ad has had the uique experiece of servig i both the public ad private sectors at Cliet, Cosultat ad Cotractor levels respectively. He is a graduate of the Uiversity of Cape Tow (2007). He started his career at the Roads Authority (RA) of Namibia. There he worked i various divisios as follows: Road Maiteace Bitume, gravel ad cocrete ifrastructure maiteace: settig up priorities ad project maagemet ad cotract admiistratio. Costructio ad Rehabilitatio Maagemet of capital projects; Terms of Refereces ad appoitmet of Cosultig Egieers for desig; adjudicatio of Cosultats ad Cotractors. Road Maagemet Systems (RMS) Road Asset Maagemet; Maagemet of specialised moitorig IT ad GIS based data subsystems ad modellig; HDM4 modellig. From the RA, Tuli moved o to the cosultig egieerig field. There he worked for Elemet Cosultig Egieers where he rose to become a associate. Workig directly uder the Roads departmet head, Tuli hoed a vital set of skills ragig from tederig (for Cosultacy work), plaig, feasibility studies, desig ad supervisio to documetatio. There he also worked o specialised projects for the Road Authority s RMS divisio such as the Road Referecig System (RRS). He was also ivolved i structural desig projects of buildigs ad bridges (3x bridges Ovitoto) while there. At Elemet, Tuli also plaed, desiged ad supervised the costructio of labour-based roads which i themselves require a uique desig ad maagemet approach. The passio of workig to develop labour-based SME cotractors was bor here. Tuli also has particular expertise i the searchig ad specificatio of road buildig materials, pavemet, geometric ad draiage desig related to roads. Elvi completed his B.Eg degree i Civil Egieerig from the Namibia Uiversity of Sciece ad Techology (NUST) ad was amog the first group of graduates to be traied locally ad eligible to register as Professioal Egieers with the Egieerig Coucil of Namibia. Elvi further wet o to complete his Advaced Diploma i Busiess Project Maagemet with the Uiversity of Cape Tow. Elvi is curretly i the process of registerig with the Project Maagemet Istitute (PMI) to become a member of PMI ad a Professioal Project Maager (PMP). (Civil), MBA, MIRM - ASSOCIATE Sadiq completed his BSc degree i Civil Egieerig from the Uiversity of Capetow i He has sice gaied experiece at a seior maagerial level i several facets of Egieerig ad Maagemet. He has desiged ad supervised the costructio of egieerig services (water ad sewer reticulatio, roads ad storm water) for a total costructio project value i excess of R500 millio. Sadiq has oversee projects where he performed professioal services as pricipal aget for architectural ad buildig projects for large state owed eterprises icludig the Idepedet Developmet Trust (IDT) ad the Automotive Idustry Developmet Cetre (AIDC) i South Africa. He was the lead egieer i structural aalysis ad desig projects lookig at the structural stability of platforms for several trai statios i Johaesburg for the Passeger Rail Agecy of South Africa (PRASA), ad also has good experiece i the desig of warehouses ad sigle-storey steel structures. His achievemet eared him a bursary from Jeffares ad Gree to embark o a Master of Sciece degree i Geotechical Egieerig of which he successfully completed i record time. He lectured Geotechical Egieerig at Hoours level ad preseted at several iteratioal cofereces. Upo completio of his studies, he joied Jeffares & Gree Cosultig Egieers as a specialist i deep foudatios, Soil Mechaics, Desig ad Operatio of Hazadarous ladfills, Desig of Waste Ladfills, Desig of Slimes Dams ad Site Ivestigatios. He specialises i ladfill operatios, Slimes Dam, Tailigs Dams, specificatio ad testig of Geosythetic Materials, Lateral Support Systems, Retaiig Walls ad Foudatio desigs.
