However, to keep the spirit of ecouragig the local maufactures the followig procedures are beig adopted. 40% of the total order quatity is beig reserved for local maufacturers meetig the criteria for the preferred vedors/developers/service Providers for Categories I, II ad III as per the G. O. M.S. No. 22. The bidders who has already Busiess iterests with APSFL operatios (Agecies who are developig / providig the softwares like BSS/OSS & Middleware to APSFL) will ot be eligible for this empaelmet as coflict of busiess iterest will arise. The Number of cosortium parters must ot exceed three (3) parties icludig the Lead der. Oe of the cosortium members must be a OEM/ODM of CPEs. Please clarify if this RCU with codeless phoe requiremet is madatory or optioal. 2. Please provide service sceario ad detailed features for codeless phoe. 1). The cordless RCU, though it is optioal for APSFL techical evaluatio, the solutio o CPE should be ready o day oe to support RCU whe available , 22 45, 47, 49 RCU, "BT with mic. Basic layout a per Adroid TV miimum requiremet, with umber pad, must support usage s cordless phoe for voice. Sigallig(SIP) ad Voice Data should be exteded to ATV for hadig voice through BT RCU" 3. Please provide further descriptio o how Adroid box SIP feature ad ONT VoIP feature is workig properly. For example, is it seperate fuctio with two seperate accout such as oe for ONT VoIP ad aother accout for Adroid SIP applicatio? I that case, codeless phoe would be implemet with Adroid SIP applicatio seperated with ONT VoIP feature. If this uderstadig is wrog, please kidly advise exact service cocept ad techical requiremet. 2) The voice icomig call ca be take either usig FXS phoe coected to ONT box or BT RCU coected to STB (both phoes rig simultaeously) ad outgoig call ca be iitiated usig either of the modes. 3) The solutio is proposed to exted the voice fuctioality ito STB from CPE/ONT by still retaiig the SIP sigallig ad voice data codig of VoIP i ONT oly. The VoIP SIP accout still be oe oly i.e. oly with ONT ad o separate accout for STB.

As far as we uderstad from icumbet customers, most of Telco, Eterprise, hospitality customers are usig 8 queue oly. Please specify required VPN service. We support VPN pass-through. Clause is self-explatory ONT should support NAT44 (traslatio of private-address to wa side IPv4 address). What is meaig of "NAT44"? Please cosider to revise '60 ' to '55 ' as like as previous CPE bid requiremet. ONT ad OLT are workig uder i-door eviromet mostly so '60 ' requiremet looks ot required. As well, ONT chipset itself recommed '55 ' as operatio temperature. Please clarify this is madatory or optioal requiremet, as well provide expected service with this feature.
